“Ovim dekretom imenujem Smailova Alihana Ashanoviča za premijera Republike Kazahstan”, navodi se u ukazu, a prenosi ruska agencija TAS S.
Kazahstanski predsednik je 5. januara, u svjetlu eskalacije protestnih skupova, prihvatio ostavku prethodne vlade na čelu sa Askarom Maminom, a privremeni premijer je postao prvi potpredsjednik vlade Alihan Smailov.
Smailov (49) je od maja 2020. godine bio prvi potpredsjednik vlade.
Misija ODKB-a uspješno završena
Predsednik Kazahstana Kasim Žomart Tokajev izjavio je kako će povlačenje mirovnog kontingenta Organizacije ugovora o zajedničkoj sigurnosti (ODKB) iz te zemlje početi za dva dana i da neće trajati više od 10 dana, prenosi Tanjug pozivajući se na ruske medije.
“Glavna misija mirovnih snaga ODKB-a je uspješno završena, za dva dana počinje fazno povlačenje koje neće trajati više od 10 dana”, rekao je Tokajev u obraćanju Parlamentu.
Rekao je da misiju, čiji je legitimitet i trajanje Washington doveo u pitanje i izazvao bijesan odgovor Moskve, činilo 2.030 vojnika i 250 komada vojne opreme, prenosi Reuters.
Istakao je da je pokušaj državnog udara u Kazahstanu propao i kako je glavna faza protivterorističke operacije završena, izvijestila je agencija RIA Novosti.
Stabilna situacija
Tokajev je naveo kako je situacija u svim dijelovima države stabilna, te ponovio kako je protiv Kazahstana bio pokrenut teroristički rat vojnim, političkim i ideološkim sredstvima.
U Kazahstanu su 2. januara počeli protesti zbog poskupljenja goriva, koji su potom prerasli u sukobe sa snagama sigurnosti.
Na poziv Tokajeva u zemlju su stigle mirovne snage ODKB-a.
Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin u ponedjeljak je rekao da je slanje vojnika bilo ključno i proglasio pobjedu u odbrani Kazahstana od “terorističke pobune koju podržavaju stranci”.
