PREKRŠEN SPORAZUM ILI NE
Stranke okupljene oko Osmorke sa SNSD-om i HDZ-om načelno su dogovorile princip rada na način da neće potezati teške teme i da će se usredotočiti na pitanja koja su istinski važna građanima.
Po toj logici, teška pitanja oko kojih se ne slažu novi partneri su put BiH ka članstvu u NATO savezu, ali i rješavanje pitanja državne imovine. To bi trebalo ostaviti “tamo, za neka bolja vremena”.
To je posebno radovalo i Željku Cvijanović (SNSD) nakon sastanka u Laktašima sa predstavnicima Osmorke i HDZ-a.
“Ono što me posebno raduje jeste, a to smo danas potvrdili i na ovom sastanku kao i na prethodnim jeste činjenica da se ne insistira na stvarima u kojima nemamo saglasnost već da se ubrzano radi na svemu onome gdje ima saglasnosti”, poručila je slavodobitno.
Pitanja oko kojih bi se trebalo okupiti i rješavati su ekonomija, infrastrukturni i energetski projekti, demografija, obrazovanje, budžet i druga životna pitanja.
Barem je tako rečeno i to je ulilo nadu mnogima u BiH, a naročito relaksirana politička atmosfera koju su isticali svi akteri ovih dogovora. Zažmirili su svi na jedno oko zbog činjenice da i dalje u vlasti imamo osobe s američkih i britanskih crnih listi.
“Ali ako vidimo da to nije to i da je to stara politika u novoj ambalaži, mi nećemo učestvovati u toj predstavi”, rekao je nedavno Predrag Kojović iz Naše stranke.
No, činjenica je da se Osmorka poziva na sporazum koji je, budimo realni, skup tačaka oko kojih se svi mogu složiti, pisan linijom manjeg otpora koji u nekim dijelovima samo pogoduje SNSD-u i HDZ-u (naprimjer izgradnja HE Buk Bijela, istočna gasna interkonekcija, izmjene Izbornog zakona itd).
Sve pohvale za inicijativu pisanja programa, ali ovo navodimo iz razloge jer evropske integracije, usvajanje budžeta, ekonomski razvoj i ostale reforme su jednostavno postale toliki kliše da o njima govori apsolutno svaka vlast, od općinske do državne već decenijama.
“Naravno da možemo potencirati razlike koje evidentno postoje u našim pogledima, ali smo se opredijelili da se fokusiramo na ono oko čega se možemo dogovoriti i da pokušamo vratiti nadu građanima. Gradeći barikade i kopajući rovove između nas, ljudi odlaze iz zemlje”, rekao je Nermin Nikšić (SDP).
Lider SDP-a, inače potpisnik sporazuma sa Miloradom Dodikom (SNSD) i Draganom Čovićem (HDZ), možda bi se mogao zapitati ko ko neće kopati rovove, a ko hoće i ko se zaista opredijelio za dogovor, a ko je ostao na istim retrogradnim politika.
I najvažnije, da li je dogovor i sporazum Osmorke, HDZ-a i SNSD-a i dalje na snazi s obzirom na ono što se dešava posljednjih dana u režiji Milorada Dodika.
Dodik je prvo odlučio, kao prst u oko, prebaciti centralni defile neustavnog Dana RS-a iz Banje Luke u Istočno Sarajevo što mnogi smatraju običnom provokacijom. Osmorka nije reagovala.
Zatim je poručio da RS ostaje striktno protiv NATO integracija, iako je zvanična vanjska politika put euroatlantski put što su potpisali i SNSD-ovci. Osmorka nije reagovala.
I kao posljednje, kao što je ranije i najavio predsjednik SNSD-a, danas će se u Narodnoj skupštini RS-a ponovo glasati o Zakonu o nepokretnoj imovini koja se koristi za funkcionisanje javne vlasti. Od članova Osmorke niko nije reagovao.
Eksperti su davno upozorili da entitet RS želi oduzimanjem imovine razvlastiti državu BiH odnosno “protjerati državu iz svog grunta” i tako zaokružiti
Istina, svoje saopćenje je uputio član Predsjedništva BiH Denis Bećirović (SDP) u kojem je najavio apelaciju Ustavnom sudu BiH i nedavno Vojin Mijatović (SDP) koji je rekao da će Pokret za državu u NSRS povući vitalni nacionalni interes iako zna da SNSD s partnerima u Vijeću naroda RS-a ima dvotrećinsku većinu za donošenje odluka.
Koja je crvena linija za Osmorku još nije poznato. Obećali su da nikada neće dopustiti ikakvu odluku nauštrb interesa Bosne i Hercegovine i svih njenih građana.
No, velika je opasnost da i šutnja počne skupo koštati, prije ili kasnije jer svoju politiku, očito, nema namjeru mijenjati i vrlo je moguće da se iz Banje Luke smije na sav entuzijazam i nadu Osmorke. Baš onako kako su se on i Dragan Čović u lice smijali Nerminu Nikšiću prilikom potpisivanja sporazuma u Sarajevu.
