Komšić o izjavi Escobara: O čemu pregovaramo ako s ovim uređenjem možemo u EU
O građanskom konceptu za Bosnu i Hercegovinu može se razgovarati tek nakon što ona postane članica Evropske unije, a do tada je okvir Daytonski mirovni sporazum, izjavio je jučer u Zagrebu Gabriel Escobar, posebni izaslanik američke vlade za zapadni Balkan. Ovakvu izjavu član Predsjedništva BiH Željko Komšić ocijenio je kao vrlo čudnu.
“I on sam zna da sa ovakvim ustavnim uređenjem i ovakvom diskriminacijom koja je ugrađena u Ustav prema građanima vlastite zemlje, mi ne možemo u EU. Druga stvar, ako je tačno što kaže Escobar da mi nećemo ući u EU sa nekim drugim ustavnim uređenjem, da ćemo ući sa ovakvim ustavnim uređenjem, ja ga molim da na neki način zamoli i pritisne EU da nas odmah prime u EU sa punopravnim članstvom”, rekao je Komšić, zaključujući da se jedino te dvije stvari mogu shvatiti iz njegove izjave.
Komšić je naglasio i ovo: “Ako ćemo ući u EU sa ovakvim ustavnim uređenjem, daj da odmah uđemo. O čemu onda pregovaramo, kakve reforme kakve presude za ljudska prava, dajte da uđemo u EU pa da počnemo raditi prave stvari. Ili je možda poruka “nećete nikad ući u EU”.
Podsjetimo, Escobar koji je u Zagrebu boravio povodom dvodnevnog Američko-hrvatskog foruma naglasio je da se o mogućem građanskom uređenju Bosne i Hercegovine može razgovarati možda u budućnosti nakon članstva u EU i da do tada ostaje trenutno ustavno uređenje u BiH.
“Dotad je Dayton mapa puta prema europskoj integraciji i to mora i ostati”, rekao je Escobar.
Kako je Escobar objasnio Dejtonski mirovni sporazum nije problem u funkcionisanju BiH naročito u radu njenih institucija koje nisu učinkovite zbog izostanka dobre volje političkog rukovodstva.
„Problem su neodgovorno vodstvo, korupcija, političari koji inzistiraju ostati na vlasti pod svaku cijenu”, naglasio je izaslanik vlade američkog predsjednika Joea Bidena.
