Komšić o NATO deklaraciji: Ovo je još jedna delegitimizacija prevaziđenog etničkog koncepta
Nakon što je NATO objavio komunike u kojem se spominje i BiH, ali bez spominjanja “konstitutivnosti”, na čemu je insistirala Hrvatska, oglasio se član Predsjedništva BiH Željko Komšić.
“U Deklaraciji ne stoji konstitutivnost naroda na čemu su iz Hrvatske snažno insistirali. To je još jedna delegitimizacija tog prevaziđenog etničkog koncepta na međunarodnoj sceni, jer se pokazuje da je on suprotan NATO i EU standardima. Stoga, ali i zato, pozdravljam Deklaraciju koja je usvojena na samitu NATO-a, i koja je još jednom potvrdila suverenitet BiH i podršku euroatlanskim reformskim procesima”, naveo je Komšić.
Međutim, u komunikeu NATO-a se spominje Dejtonski sporazum, na čemu je također insistirala Hrvatska, Komšić kaže da je bilo očekivano.
“Što se tiče uvrštavanja Općeg okvirnog sporazuma za mir u BiH, podrška tome je očekivana, konstantna i nije nikakva novost. Neki su očekivali uvrštavanje tzv. legitimnog predstavljanja konstitutivnih naroda, ali do toga nije došlo jer bi to bilo u suprotnosti sa temeljenim vrijednostima NATO saveza”, ističe član Predsjedništva BiH.
“Kada je riječ o izbornoj reformi, jasno je da se ona mora provesti isključivo u skladu sa presudama Evropskog suda za ljudska prava, koje vrlo eksplicitno nalažu odbacivanje konstitutivnosti. Značajnim smatram i poziv, odnosno osudu politika koje pozivaju na podjele”, zaključio je Komšić.
