Konačna odluka VSTV-a: Smijenjena Gordana Tadić
Dvije disciplinske komisije VSTV-a BiH utvrdile su da je Gordana Tadić, kao rukovodilac Tužilaštva BiH, izbjegavala primjenivati TCMS sistem, odnosno elektronski sistem za automatsku dodjelu predmeta te da nije poštivala Zakon o zaštiti tajnih podataka BiH, prema kojem je morala tražiti sigurnosne provjere za osoblje zaposleno u Tužilaštvu BiH.
Gordana Tadić više nije glavna državna tužiteljica. Visoko sudsko i tužilačko vijeće odbilo je njenu žalbu na odluku Drugostepene disciplinske komisije kojom je razriješena funkcije glavne tužiteljice Tužilaštva BiH. Za razrješenje je glasalo šest članova VSTV-a dok je pet bilo protiv. Jedno je bilo suzdržano.
Podsjećamo, dvije disciplinske komisije VSTV-a BiH utvrdile su da je Gordana Tadić, kao rukovodilac Tužilaštva BiH, izbjegavala primjenivati TCMS sistem, odnosno elektronski sistem za automatsku dodjelu predmeta. Osim toga, utvrđena je i njena odgovornost zbog nepoštivanja Zakona o zaštiti tajnih podataka BiH, prema kojem je morala tražiti sigurnosne provjere za osoblje zaposleno u Tužilaštvu BiH. Nakon ovih odluka, Tadićeva je imala pravo žalbe VSTV-u, ali samo na izrečenu sankciju.
Dvije članice VSTV-a morale su se izuzeti od glasanja, i to Biljana Simenunović i Željka Radović. Pored njih, o slučaju Tadić nije se izjašnjavala ni Duška Bogojević koja zbog zdravstvenih problema nije prusustvovala sjednici Vijeća.
Do kraja ove dvodnevne sjednice VSTV će bit će donesena odluka o vršiocu dužnosti glavnog tužioca tužilaštva BiH.

I do love the way you have presented this problem and it really does present us some fodder for thought. On the other hand, because of everything that I have witnessed, I basically trust as other feedback pile on that folks keep on issue and not embark upon a tirade involving the news du jour.
