Konstituisana Skupština Tuzlanskog kantona, Vujović ostao predsjednik
Preuzimanjem mandata i polaganjem svečane zakletve danas je konstituisana Skupština Tuzlanskog kantona, prva u Federaciji BiH nakon oktobarskih općih izbora.
Prilikom glasanja u sva tri slučaja bilo je suzdržano 16 zastupnika, dok su za imenovanje glasali 13 zastupnika SDA, 4 zastupnika DF-a i nezavisni zastupnici Jakub Suljkanović i Senad Alić.
– Zahvaljujem se na povjerenju i obećavam da ćemo raditi u korist građana TK – rekao je Žarko Vujović, nakon imenovanja za predsjednika Skupštine TK.
Predsjednik Centralne izborne komisije BiH (CIK BiH) Suad Arnautović nakon dodjele mandata je kazao kako je Tuzlanski kanton prvi u FBiH konstituisao zakonodavnu vlast te je zaželio da taj kanton i u svim drugim aktivnostima bude prvi u FBiH.
– Slijedi zajednička aktivnost Centralne izborne komisije BiH i Skupštine Tuzlanskog kantona koja se odnosi na izbor delegata u Dom naroda Parlamenta Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine. Prema Uputstvu o postupku provedbe posrednih izbora za organe vlasti u BiH obuhvaćenih Izbornim zakonom BiH, iz Skupštine Tuzlanskog kantona bira se deset delegata u Dom naroda Parlamenta Federacije BiH, uključujući pet iz reda bošnjačkog, jednog iz reda hrvatskog, tri iz reda srpskog naroda i jednog iz reda ostalih. U skladu sa odredbama Izbornog zakona BiH ta aktivnost treba biti završena u roku od mjesec dana od dana potvrđivanja izbornih rezultata, a to znači najkasnije do 2. decembra 2022. godine – rekao je Arnautović.
On je u svom obraćanju podsjetio poslanike da su izabrani zvaničnici dužni u roku od 30 dana od dana objave potvrđenih rezultata u Službenom glasniku BiH, izvršiti elektronski unos podataka u obrazac Izjave o imovinskom stanju putem aplikacije koja je objavljena na internet stranici Centralne izborne komisije.
