‘Krađe identiteta bh. građana u Turskoj zabilježene ranije’
Ambasador Bosne i Hercegovine u Turskoj Bakir Sadović kazao je jutros za N1 da se Selmir Mašetović tereti za članstvo u terorističkoj organizaciji te da ovo nije prvi ovakav slučaj s kojim su se bh. građani u ovoj zemlji susreli posljednjih mjeseci.
Sadović je otkrio da su zabilježene krađe identiteta bh. građanima, a dosad je praksa pokazala da advokati relativno brzo uspijevaju dokazati da ti ljudi nisu bili članovi terorističkih organizacija.
”Sinoć smo se čuli s advokaticom koja je odabrana od strane porodice, zamolio sam je da, ako može, dođe do grada Ušaka tokom dana, dosad je advokatica po službenoj dužnosti zastupala gospodina Mašetovića. Mislim da je ova gospođa s kojom sam sinoć razgovarao, ona već ima iskustva s ovakvim hapšenjima tako da se nadam da će tokom dana završiti proceduralni dio i da će tokom dana imati uvid u taj spis”, ispričao je ambasador za N1.
On je, potom, pojasnio zašto je bh. student uhapšen u Turskoj.
”Ono za što se on tereti je članstvo u terorističkoj organizaciji, to je ovdje krivično djelo, organizacija FETO je proglašena terorističkom u Turskoj. Najvažnije nam je na osnovu čega se on tereti. Ovo nije prvi slučaj, ambasada i konzulat su u proteklom periodu imali slične slučajeve kada se radilo o krađi identiteta. Advokati su uspjeli relativno brzo da dokažu da ti ljudi nisu članovi terorističke organizacije i ti ljudi su pušteni”, naglasio je on.
Koliko traju procedure?
”Zavisi od slučaja, svaki slučaj je poseban premda je inkriminacija članstva u terorostičkoj organizaciji bila ista u svim slučajevima”,naglasio je on.
Ispričao je da zatražen kontakt porodice s uhapšenim studentom.
”Sinoć smo obavljali niz konsultacija i telefonskih razgovara da ubrzamo proceduru, notom smo zatražili da generalni konzul u Instanbulu posjeti gospodina Mašetovića, tražili smo od pritvorske jedinice da omogući kontakt gospodina Mašetovića s ocem. Bitno je da ga posjeti neko od diplomata ovdje u Turskoj”, rekao je Sadović za N1.
Ambasador je kazao da se procedure ne mogu zaobići i da je potrebno strpljenje.
”Iz naših dosadašnjih iskustava, mi smo imali korektan odnos s pravosuđem u Turskoj. Oni su mene uvijek primali i razgovarali sa mnom na vrlo korektan način, govorili mi o procedurama. U svakom slučaju to pomaže zato što neke stvari uspijevamo prije riješiti. Međutim, zbog ozbiljnosti djela, tu jednostavno neke procedure ne možete zaobići. Morate pričekati na odluke njihovih organa. Dobro je što imamo pristup ministrima i određenim savjetnicima s kojima sam razgovarao”, potcrtao je Sadović u razgovoru za N1.
Podsjećamo, Generalni konzulat (GK) BiH u Istanbulu je 25. maja obavješten od Republičkog tužilaštva grada Ušaka da je protiv državljanina BiH Selmira Mašetovića Odjel krivičnog pravosuđa grada Ušaka izdao nalog za hapšenje, te da je imenovani priveden i lišen slobode, saopćeno je iz MVP BiH.
Također je GK informiran da Tužilaštvo Republike Turske vodi istražni postupak protiv Selmira Mašetovića koji se nalazi u Kaznenoj ustanovi u Ušaku.
Zbog hapšenja Selmira Mašetovića u Turskoj, u njegovom rodnom Gradačcu sinoć je održan protest.
