Kurz: Vratićemo građanima oduzete slobode, što prije
BEČ – Austrijski kancelar Sebastijan Kurz rekao je danas da ne može da obeća da će preko noći sve biti vraćeno na pređašnje stanje, ali će, obećava, učiniti sve da građanima što brže vrati slobode koje su im oduzete zbog borbe porotiv COVID-19.
Istakao je da je virus korona stavio Austriju pred veliki izazov, ali da vjeruje da će i ovaj put, kao i iz ranijih kriza, izaći ojačani.
Kurz je to rekao u obraćanju naciji povodom 75 godina od uspostavljanja druge Republike.
Rekao je da se brojke u vezi s infekcijom kreću u dobrom smjeru, i da zbog tih uspjeha građani mogu da se raduju, jer je zemlja izbjegla razvoj kao u Italiji, Francuskoj ili Španiji.
“Sa skoro 1.000 novih infekcija dnevno u martu pali smo na manje od 100 proteklog dana. To je prvi važan ogroman korak”, istakao je Kurz.
Zahvalio je svim građanima Austrije na disciplini i poštovanju mjera države.
Kazao je da će se korak po korak ići ka normalnosti, uz držanje broja infekcija što je moguće na niskom nivou.
Kurz je istakao da je u vrijeme krize, s kojom je zemlja aktuelno suočena, pokazalo šta je najvažnije u životu, a to su zdravlje, porodica, prijatelji i ekonomska i socijalna sigurnost.
“Pandemija je pogodila čitav svijet i globalna privreda nalazi se pred najvećom recesijom od hiljadu devetsto trudesetih. Austrija u tome nije izuzetak. Strašno je vidjeti kako su zdrava srednja preduzeća, bez sopstvene odgovornosti, ugrožena, kako dugogodišnji zaposleni dobijaju otkaze”, rekao je on, dodajući da su posebno pogođeni gastronomija i turizam.
Najavio je da će se država boriti za svako radno mjesto i da će pojačano investirati, prije svega u digitalizaciju, ekologiju i obrazovanje. Rekao je da, iako Austrija danas ima dobar trend, kao i sve druge zemlje, ne može isključiti da je moguć drugi talas infekcija.
