Bivši asovi govore za „Dnevni avaz“
Iako je za ponedjeljak zakazana posebna sjednica Izvršnog odbora Nogometnog saveza Bosne i Hercegovine, iz kuće bh. fudbala još nema potvrde da je Stručna komisija, odnosno Zvjezdan Misimović i Emir Spahić, dostavila svoj izvještaj i prijedlog. Tim povodom razgovarali smo s tri legende bh. fudbalom – Enverom Hadžiabdićem (75), Dževadom Šećerbegovićem (65) i Avdom Kalajdžićem (61).
Napravljena lakrdija
– Prema informacijama koje ima, mislim da se izbor selektora pretvorio u lakrdiju, rekao je legendarni Hadžiabdić, bivši igrač i trener Željezničara, ali i bivše reprezentacije Jugoslavije (najbolji desni bek Svjetskog prvenstva 1974. godine u Njemačkoj), te dodao:
– Mislim da u Bosni i Hercegovini ima toliko pametnih ljudi koji mogu voditi našu reprezentaciju, a mi tražimo nešto drugo. Jedni tjeraju strance, a mi ih dovodimo – i tako. Jednostavno, meni su te neke stvari neshvatljive. Inače, skloni smo tome da cijenimo tuđe, a svoje ne. I to je odraz aktuelne situacije…
Kada su u pitanju kandidati iz naše države – Sergej Barbarez, Sergej Jakirović, Husref Musemić, Amar Osim… Hadžiabdić kratko dodaje.
– Ne znam, ta Komisija koja će praviti procjenu neka izabere onog trenera koji ima najbolje referense i si-vi, kategoričan je popularni Hadžija.

– Kao prvo, žao mi je bh. trenera i naših fudbalskih veličina koji su na takav način završili svoj selektorski angažman na klupi naše reprezentacije. Bili su dobri igrači i prošli sve, a na kraju je ispalo da su najveći krivci za neuspjeh. Sva krivica je natovarena na njihova leđa, a to nikako ne odgovara istini – analizira Šećerbegović i naglašava:
– Žao mi je što smo na takav način potrošili mnoga naša velika imena. A dobro znam koliko su ulagali u taj fudbal, u svoj razvoj i koliko su svog života dali i ugradili za sve to.
Domaći kadar
Ko god dođe, Šećerbegović smatra da će imati težak posao da vrati našu reprezentaciju na pravi put.
– U svakom slučaju, a s obzirom i na ponuđene kandidate, ja bih sada izabrao trenera koji je imao uspjeha u našem prvenstvu.
Znači, Musemić ili Osim.
– Da probamo i tu varijantu, nikad im nismo dali šansu trenerima koji su stasali u našem prvenstvu, osim možda na samom početku kada je selektor bio Fuad Muzurović, a trener rahmetli Mustafa Hukić. Mislim da su Husref i Amar zaslužili šansu, da vidimo šta mogu uraditi. Također, bar što se mene tiče, Barbarez uvijek ima otvorena vrata. Jer, on je dao puno, odnosno sve za naš državni tim. Ne znam kakav će biti kao trener, stručnjak, ali kao bivši fudbaler, sportista, te čovjek ima sve predispozicije za dobrog fudbalskog stručnjaka. Bilo di dobro da Barbarez bude uz Husrefa ili Amara, ali nema ništa protiv da bude selektor – ističe Šećerbegović.
Također, za Barbareza je i trener Veleža Avdo Kalajdžić, koji je s puno uspjeha nosio dres „Rođenih“.
– Ja sam, bez dileme, za Barbareza. Nema trenersko iskustvo, ali ima fudbalsko znanje, karizmu, karakter. Oko njega stavio bih trenere od struke, znalce, koji su radili ili rade u svim segmentima fudbalske igre – od kondicionog trenera do psihologa, pa čak i trenera za situacione treninge, prekide, defanzivu i slično, zaključio je Kalajdžić.
Protiv stranca
Niko od naših sagovornika, kako današnjih, tako i prethodnih – od Mirsada Fazlagića, Fuada Muzurovića, Safeta Sušića, Faruka Hadžibegića, Slobodana Janjuša, Slaviše Vukičevića, Predraga Pašića… do Kemala Hafizovića, Merseda Kovačevića… nije za selektora stranca, odnosno Bugarina Ivaila Peteva (Ivaylo) koji je navodno glavni kandidat u selektorskoj križaljci. U istom duhu diše i bh. javnost.
– Ne, nisam za stranca, jer mi imamo kvalitetnih trenera. Treba izabrati našeg trenera koji zna naš mentalitet – rekao je Kalajdžić.
