Predsjednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić za sebe voli reći da je faktor stabilnosti na Balkanu. U odnosu prema BiH uvijek daje dvosmislene poruke kako poštuje teritorijalni integritet države, ali i integritet entiteta RS, koji na terenu na raznim osnovama veže uz Srbiju.
Da li ste ikada čuli da je Aleksandar Vučić prilikom posjete Banjoj Luci kazao: “Srbi, Sarajevo je vaš glavni grad, a Bosna i Hercegovina je vaša domovina na koju trebate biti ponosni”. Niste mogli čuti svakako, ali jeste o tome kako je RS nešto posebno za Srbiju.
Ta posebnost se ogleda u specijalnim vezama kojima se pokušava poniziti BiH kao država, predstaviti je nefunkcionalnom i neodrživom. Naravno, Vučić na svako pitanje o BiH poručuje kako podržava teritorijalni integritet, kako želi dobru saradnju, ekonosmke odnose, rado donira vakcine i slično. Ipak, zadrška koju pravi u odnosu prema RS-u je suština koja naglašava dvostruke aršine.
BiH kao zemlja Srba, Hrvata, Bošnjaka i svih drugih naroda koji u njoj žive je jedino takva moguća. Takva država ima svoj glavni grad i državne institucije koje trebaju biti prva adresa za vanjsku politiku. Međutim, u međuvremenu se plasira priča kako Sarajevo ne želi saradnju i kako blokira investicije (hidroelektrane, aerodrom…). A šta je činjenica? Srbija svoje investicije planira s entitetom, iako entitet nema tu nadležnost. Srbija tako svjesno doprinosi unutrašnjem animozitetu preskakanjem Sarajeva i državnih institucija.
Paralelno Vučić u svojoj državi, u Sandžaku, dok se obraća bošnjačkom stanovništvu poručuje kako je Srbija njihova domovina. I tu nema ništa sporno, još samo da isti pristup primijeni i u Banjoj Luci. Tada bi možda i uspio uvjeriti da je faktor stabilnosti, da je iskren u svojoj politici i da želi punu saradnju dviju država.
Ipak, i poruke u Sandžaku se mogu posmatrati u kontekstu predstojećih parlamentarnih izbora u Srbiji.
