Dvije bebe iz Bosne i Hercegovine, dvogodišnja Lejla Kurtanović i 1,5-godišnja Asija Muharemović, koje su imale urođene srčane mane, uspješno su operisane u Turskoj i uspješno se oporavljaju.
Turski kardiohirurzi u istanbulskoj bolnici Acibadem uspješno su obavili operacije na otvorenom srcu dviju beba koje su imale urođene srčane mane.
Kod 1,5-godišnje Asije Muaremović uspostavljenja je transpozicija velikih krvnih sudova, koji dovode krv do srca, zbog čega je njen život bio ugrožen.
Zbog transpozicije velikih krvnih sudova, maloj Asiji je bilo otežano disanje. Podvrgnuta je komplikovanom operativnom zahvatu dugom četiri sata, tokom kojeg je srce bilo zaustavljeno, a mjesta arterija koje hrane srce su uspješno zamijenjena.
Srce bilo zaustavljeno na nekoliko sati
Zeničanka Edina Muharemović, majka uspješno operisane Asije, za Anadoliju je istakla kako je ovo bio jedan veoma težak proces za cijelu porodicu, no s viješću da je operacija uspješno obavljena, konačno su osjetili olakšanje.
Dodala je kako su prije Istanbula posjetili brojne bolnice u BiH i Srbiji, te kako im je nakon toga preporučeno da dođu u Tursku.
– Asija je jedno vrijeme bila dobro, sve dok je bila dobro odgađali smo operaciju. Međutim, potom se prehladila, pa je dobila upalu pluća i od tada su počeli ti problemi s disanjem. Kako je počela više da se kreće, znala je izgubiti svijest, tada su nam doktori kazali da će morati biti podvrgnuta operaciji – kazala je Muharemović.
Doktor iz Sarajeva je poslao nalaze u Istanbul, odakle je poručeno da hitno mora biti operisana.
– Hvala Bogu, ona je to dobro podnijela, doktor je veoma zadovoljan samim procesom i oporavkom – kazala je majka Muharemović.
Dvogodišnja Lejla Kurtanović, treće dijete Senada i Fatime Kurtanović iz Sarajeva, imala je istu urođenu srčanu manu i podvrgnuta operaciji na srcu u istoj bolnici. Došla je u Istanbul iz Sarajeva prije otprilike mjesec dana zajedno s roditeljima.
Lejlin otac Senad Kurtanović zahvalio je turskim kardiohirurzima, na čelu s Sariogluom.
– U našoj zemlji nedostaju ovakve mogućnosti. Čuli smo da doktori ovdje dobro obavljaju svoj posao, a onda smo odlučili doći ovamo. Austrija i Beograd su bile opcije, ali smo izabrali Tursku – kazao je Kurtanović, te poručio svima koji se suočavaju sa sličnom situacijom da ne oklijevaju doći u Tursku.
Dr. Sarioglu: Da nisu operisane, bebe bi umrle
Operaciju je obavio profesor kardiovaskularne hirurgije Tayyar Sarioglu, koji je rekao da je Lejlina operacija trajala oko pet sati, od čega je dva sata njeno srce bilo zaustavljeno.
– Da nisu bile podvrgnute operaciji, ove dvije bebe bi umrle – kazao je Sarioglu, dodavši da u slučaju kašnjenja s operacijom, djeca mogu izgubiti život u roku od nekoliko dana ili nekoliko sati.
Dr. Sarioglu je podsjetio kako se u svijetu na godišnjem nivou oko milion beba rađa s urođenim srčanim manama.
– 90 posto te djece se može spasiti s operacijama srca. Za to su potrebni napredna tehnologija i stručnjaci. Naša je zemlja je na tom planu vrlo značajan centar za zemlje u okruženju. Nakon podvrgavanja ovim operacijama djeca najnormalnije nastavljaju život – podvukao je Sarioglu.
