Majke Srebrenice protiv SNSD-ovog prijedloga zakona o zabrani zloupotrebe pojma genocid
TRAŽE ODBACIVANJE
Iz Udruženja “Pokret Majke enklava Srebrenica i Žepa” ističu kako je SNSD-ov prijedlog zakona o zabrani zloupotrebe pojma genocid sam po sebi pokušaj zloupotrebe konvencije o sprečavanju i kažnjavanju zločina genocida.Majke Srebrenice su tim povodom pozvale zastupnike u Parlamentu BiH da odbace navedeni prijedlog.
“Želimo još jednom istaći da izmjene i dopune Krivičnog zakona BiH koje je donio visoki predstavnik u BiH, nedvosmisleno uređuju ovu oblast kao i da pružaju zaštitu svakom pojedincu tako i kolektivitetu. Cilj izmjene zakona i jeste bio da se ukloni javno proklamovana odgovornost naroda i da se jasno naglasi odgovornost pojedinaca ili grupa osoba koje su se udružile u cilju počinjenja zločina”, saopćeno je.
U izmjenama Krivičnog zakona, koje je nametnuo bivši visoki predstavnik u BiH Valentin Inzko u julu 2021. godine, se navodi da “zakon stupa na snagu kako je predviđeno u članu 2. tog zakona, na privremenoj osnovi, sve dok ga Parlamentarna skupština Bosne i Hercegovine ne usvoji u istom obliku, bez izmjena i dopuna i bez dodatnih uslova”.
“Pozivamo Parlament BiH da hitno usvoji navedeni zakon, jer bez usvajanja zakona bespredmetna je bilo kakva rasprava u parlamentu o temi negiranja ili zloupotreba riječi genocid, a kamoli o usvajanju nekakvih drugih zakona koji tretiraju počinjeni genocid u BiH. Predlagači ‘zakona’ su negatori naslijeđa MKSJ i Rezidualnog mehanizma”, navele su Majke Srebrenice.
Za kraj pitaju koje posljedice bi imala međunarodna zajednica da je dopušteno negatorima i poricateljima Holokausta i presuda suda u Nirnbergu da učestvuju u kreiranju zakona i konvencija o Holokaustu.
“To nam se danas i sada nudi u BiH. Pozivamo Vijeće sigurnosti, UN, EU i OSCE da zaustave negatore genicida u rušenju međunarodnog poretka i države BiH”, zaključile su.
