Makedonija: Počelo glasanje na refendumu o Dogovoru sa Grčkom
Referendumsko pitanje glasi: “Da li ste za članstvo u EU i NATO sa prihvatanjem Dogovora između Makedonije i Grčke?”
SKOPLJE (AA) – Širom Makedonije jutros u sedam sati otvorena su biračka mesta na kojima će se građani putem refereneduma izjasniti o Dogovoru o rešavanju dugogodišnjeg spora o imenu sa Grčkom, koji predviđa promenu imena države u “Republika Severna Makedonija”, javlja Anadolu Agency (AA).
Referendumsko pitanje glasi: “Da li ste za članstvo u EU i NATO sa prihvatanjem Dogovora između Makedonije i Grčke?”.
Biračka mesta će biti otvorena do 19 sati.
Na biračkom spisku se nalazi ukupno 1.806.336 građana. Da bi referendum uspeo, izlaznost birača mora biti najmanje 50 odsto plus jedan.
Državna izborna komisija Makedonije je akreditovala više od 10 hiljada domaćih i oko 500 stranih posmatrača. Zvanična kampanja za refendum počela je 10. septembra i trajala je do petka kada je počela tišina pred referendum.
Vladajuća koalicija Zajedno za evropsku Makedoniju, sa Socijaldemokratskim savezom Makedonije premijera Zorana Zaeva, pozvala je gađane da glasom “da“ na referendumu otvore vrata euroatlantske budućnosti zemlje. Kampanju je podržala i Demokratska unija za integraciju, partija Albanaca u Makedoniji, koja je deo vladajuće koalicije.
Opoziciona partija VMRO-DPMNE pozvala je građane da na referendumu glasaju po sopstvenoj savesti, jer oni smatraju da je dogovor sa Grčkom štetan i suprotan nacionalnim interesima Makedonije.
I predsednik Makedonije Gjorge Ivanov smatra da je dogovor o rešavanju makedonsko-grčkog spora štetan po nacionalne interese i najavio je da neće glasati na referendumu.
Poruke građanima Makedonije da izađu na referendum uputili su i brojni visoki međunarodni zvaničnici, koji su proteklih mesec dana posetili Skoplje.
Referendum je konsultativnog karaktera i nije pravno obavezujući.
Vlada Makedonije je, ipak, navela da će rezultate referenduma smatrati obavezujućim. U slučaju pozitivnog ishoda referenduma, konačnu odluku o Dogovoru sa Grčkom doneće Sobranje Republike Makedonije, gde je za ustavne promena potrebna dvotrećinska većina poslanika.
Kada se ovi procesi završe u Makedoniji, neophodno je da Dogovor o imenu ratifikuje i grčki parlament.
