MALO ČUDO NA ISTOKU BOSNE: RADNJE SE OTVARAJU, JEDINI PROBLEM JE NEDOSTATAK RADNE SNAGE

U gradskoj administraciji naglašavaju svoju predanost kreiranju povoljnog ambijenta za razvoj malih i srednjih preduzeća, u čijem razvoju vide šansu za povratak svojih građana iz evropskih zemalja.

Grad Srebrenik je, prema posljednjem popisu stanovništva, imao blizu 40.000 stanovnika. Odlazak mladih iz ovog grada u minulih desetak godina je poprimio zabrinjavajuće razmjere, jer se procjenjuje da je u europske zemlje iselilo oko 10.000 građana. Posljedice odlaska mladih ljudi posebno su vidljive u zadnje dvije-tri godine, kada se dešava ekspanzija otvaranja malih i srednjih poduzeća u Srebreniku i kada je sve izraženiji problem nedostatka radne snage.

Obrtnici u Srebreniku su iskoristili poticaje lokalne i kantonalne vlasti, kao i sredstva federalnog Zavoda za zapošljavanje, i otvorili u zadnje tri godine više od 300 obrtničkih radnji i malih preduzeća. Grad iz budžeta refundira u potpunosti sve troškove registracije obrtničke djelatnosti dok se sama registracija obrta obavi za jedan dan.

Ova ekspanzija obrtničke djelatnosti u Srebreniku odvija se paralelno sa procesom odlaska mladih ljudi u evropske zemlje i logično je sve izaženiji problem nedostatka radne snage. Devet firmi iz Srebrenika nalazi se medju top 100 firmi u Bosni i Hercegovini i sve one imaju problem sa nedostakom radne snage.
