Materijali za 4. redovnu sjednicu Gradskog vijeća Grada Gradačac (Četvrtak, 10:00 sati)

Materijali za 4. redovnu sjednicu Gradskog vijeća Grada Gradačac planiranu za dan 29.04.2021. godine (četvrtak), putem online aplikacije sa početkom rada u 10:00 sati su objavljeni na gradskom portalu za komunikaciju e citizen kojem možete pristupiti putem linka u prilogu.

Na Dnevnom redu nalazi se 26 tačaka:

1. Izvještaj o izvršenju Budžeta Grada Gradačac za 2020. godinu
2. Prijedlog odluke o prosječnoj konačnoj građevinskoj cijeni 1m² korisne stambene površine na području grada Gradačac
3. Prijedlog odluke o visini rente po m² korisne površine građevine koja će se graditi na gradskom građevinskom zemljištu.                                                                                           
4. Prijedlog odluke o izmjenama i dopunama Odluke o uslovima i načinu izdavanja u zakup poslovnih zgrada i prostorija u vlasništvu Grada Gradačac.                                                                                
5. Prijedlog odluke o izmjeni i dopuni odluke o gubitka statusa javnog dobra broj: 01-04-47/21, od 04.02.2021. godine.                                                                                               
6.Prijedlog odluke o dopuni Odluke o utvrđivanju javnog interesa broj: 01-05-363/18, od 29.11.2018. godine.                                                                      
7. Prijedlog odluke o pristupanju izradi Urbanističkog plana Gradačac.                                                    
8. Plan poslovanja JP Javno stambeno preduzeće za 2021. godinu.                                                           
9. Izvještaj o ostvarenju godišnjeg plana implementacije Strategije razvoja grada Gradačac za 2020. godinu sa Izvještajem o realizaciji Plana implementacije i indikativnog finansijskog okvira za 2020. godinu i Plan implementacije i inidikativni finansijski okvir za 2021. godinu i Plan implementacije i inidikativni finansijski okvir za period od 2021-2023. godina.                                                                                
10. Izvještaj o realizaciji Plana kapitalnih investicija infrastruktrunog razvoja za 2020. godinu i Plan kapitalnih investicija infrastrukturnog razvoja za 2021. godinu i Plana kapitalnih investicija infrastrukturnog razvoja za period 2021-2023.godina.
11. Prijedlog rješenja o imenovanju Komisije za utvrđivanje prometne vrijednosti nepokretnosti i prava, do okončanja procedure po javnom oglasu a najduže 90 dana od dana imenovanja.                                                              
12. Prijedlog rješenja o imenovanju predsjednika Upravnog odbora JZU „Dom zdravlja“ Gradačac i člana Upravnog odbora ispred uposlenika, do okončanja procedure po javnom oglasu a najduže 90 dana od dana imenovanja.                                                                                  
13. Prijedlog rješenja o imenovanju člana Upravnog odbora JZU Centar za fizikalnu medicinu, rehabilitaciju i banjsko liječenje „Ilidža“ Gradačac, ispred Ministarstva zdravstva TK, do okončanja procedure po javnom oglasu a najduže 90 dana od dana imenoavanja.                                                       
14. Prijedlog rješenja o imenovanju člana Upravnog odbora JU „Apoteka Gradačac“, ispred Ministarstva zdravstva TK, do okončanja procedure po javnom oglasu, a najduže do 90 dana od dana imenovanja.
15. Prijedlog rješenja o imenovanju člana Upravnog odbora JU Centar za socijalni rad Gradačac, ispred uposlenika, do okončanja procedure po javnom oglasu, a najduže do 90 dana od dana imenovanja.      
16. Prijedlog rješenja o imenovanju člana Upravnog odbora JU Dječije obdanište „Kolibri“ Gradačac, ispred osnivača, do okončanja procedure po javnom oglasu a najduže do 90 dana od dana imenovanja.
17. Prijedlog rješenja o imenovanju predsjednika i jednog člana Nadzornog odbora JP „Javno stambeno preduzeće“ d.o.o. Gradačac, do okončanja procedure po javnom oglasu, a najduže do 90 dana od dana imenovanja;
