Tokom pandemije koronavirusa u BIH, građani u Kantonu Sarajevo nebrojno puta naglašavali su svoje nezadovljstvo radom primarne zdravstvene zaštite (tzv. put pacijenta).

Jelena Backović, aktivistica u pokretu osoba sa invaliditetom, jučer je u dobrinjsku ambulantu došla s namjerom kako bi dobila recept za hronični bronhitis, sa kojim ima problem svake godine u isto vrijeme. Nakon što je medicinskoj sestri kazala da je već nekoliko dana muči kašalj i da joj trebaju antibiotici, morala je proći kroz neočekivani tretman.

“Zbog simptoma kašlja doktorica me odbila primiti, medicinska sestra je samo vrisnula Covid. Ne znam kako je mogla zaključiti da imam kornu samo na osnovu mog kašlja, a da prije toga nisam testirana. Poslali su me u Covid ambulantu”, izjavila je Jelena za Source.

Medicinskim uposlenicima Covid ambulanti nije bilo jasno zbog čega je Jelena završila na tom mjestu.

“Ljudi nisu mogli doći sebi od čuđenja. Pitali su me ko me poslao i zbog čega, ali su i naglasili da sam samim dolaskom u Covid ambulantu rizikovala da se zarazim. Ipak, odlučili su da me pregledaju, urade nalaze, snime pluća i pogodite šta su ustanovili, bronhitis”, kazala nam je Jelena i dodala da je nakon svega što je prošla na kraju ipak dobila odgovarajuće antibiotike.
