“MEHO BETON” STIGAO U GRAČANICU: Hrabri dječak Mehmed Šabić iz bolnice izašao KAO POBJEDNIK!
Sa 66 posto izgorjelog tijela, u požaru 15. jula prošle godine koji je buknuo u šupi porodične kuće Nedima i Albinke Šabić, cirkulatornim šokom, prestankom rada bubrega, sepsom i dubokom komom, njihovog 12- godišnjeg sina Mehmeda Mehe, zvanog Beton, svi, pa i ljekari su bili otpisali. Nisu mu davali nijedan posto da će preživjeti.
Sedam mjeseci kasnije, hrabri dječak je od večeras kod svoje kuće.
Mehmed je, pokriven kapom zbog hladnoće, sigurnim koracima ušao u svoje avliju, praćen burnim aplauzima brojnim Gračanlija koji su mu priredili doček.
Nakon sedam mjeseci, 60 narkoza, preko 200 infuzija, deset kompliciranih operacija na”Kljajić” klinici za djecu u Zagrebu, dječak je pušten kući da se malo odmori od bolnice.
Gračanlije je na dočeku predvodio njegov spasilac Osman Adžemović, koji ga je izvukao iz vatrene stihije, a na kućnom balkonu postavljen je veliki transparent “Dobro došao, Mehmede Meho Betonu”.
– Da nije bilo komšije Osmana, koji je sina izvukao iz vatre, bio bi kraj. Da dijete iz Tuzle nije urgentno iz Tuzle prebačeno u Zagreb, da nije bilo stručnjaka i dobrih ljudi na klinici “Kljajić”, da nije bilo jako Mehino srce, ko zna šta bi bilo. Bog, ljudi, ljekari su spasili našeg Betona- rekao je otac Nedim i dodao:
– Zato, večeras niko neka ne plače, ako i zaplače, znajte da su to suze radosnice, i vaše i naše, za našeg sina zbog koga će se pisati nova nauka iz medicine. Još dvije operacije i on će biti onaj pravi.
