Po nalogu Tužilaštva Kantona Sarajevo pripadnici MUP-a KS lišili su slobode uposlenika Uprave policije MUP-KS inicijala N.M zbog krivčnog djela zloupotreba položaja ili ovlasti.
Osumnjičen je da je od oktobra prošle godine do lišenja slobode, od više podnosilaca zahjeva u postupku izdavanja odobrenja za nabavljanje i nošenje oružja, tražio i uzimao novac za radnje koje se obavljaju po službenoj dužnosti i ne podliježu obavezi plaćanja. Novac pribavljen na ovaj način zadržavao je za sebe.
Nakon kriminalističke obrade u MUP-u KS, osumnjičeni će biti predat u nadležnost Tužilaštva KS. Nakon što ga ispita postupajući tužilac odlučit će o eventualnom predlaganju pritvora.
