MUP TK: Izvještaj protiv 10 lica zbog posjedovanja oružja, municije i droge
Protiv 10 lica biće podnesen izvještaj Tužilaštvu Tuzlanskog kantona zbog sumnje da su počinili krivična djela nedozvoljeno držanje oružja, posjedovanje droge, krađa, te prekršaj shodno odredbama Zakona o oružju i municiji ovog kantona, saopšteno je iz kantonalnog Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova /MUP/.
U pretresu na 10 lokacija na području Lukavca, Tuzle, Doboj Istoka, Živinica, Srebrenika i Banovića, pronađeni su predmeti koji se dovode u vezu sa izvršenjem krivičnih djela – automatska puška 7,62 milimetra sa tri okvira i 24 bojeva metka, automatska puška 7,9 milimetara sa okvirom, vazdušna puška bez odgovarajuće dokumentacije, te određena količina alata sumnjivog porijekla.
Pronađena su dva veća i 108 manjih pakovanja droge, dva pakovanja amfetamina, jedno veće i jedno manje pakovanje kanabisa, tri drobilice, digitalna vaga i više predmeta koji se koriste za konzumiranje droge.
Nakon kompletiranja predmeta, Tužilaštvu Tuzlanskog kantona biće podnesen izvještaj protiv lica čiji su inicijali S.K. /57/ iz Tuzle zbog sumnje da je počinio krivično djelo krađa, E.DŽ. /24/ iz Srebrenika i E.D. /24/ iz Živinica zbog sumnje da su počinili krivično djelo nedozvoljeno držanje oružja, dok će protiv S.Z. /57/ iz Banovića biti dokumentovan prekršaj shodno odredbama Zakona o oružju i municiji Tuzlanskog kantona.
U slučaju pozitivnog nalaza vještačenja oduzetih materija, nadležnom Kantonalnom tužilaštvu biće dostavljeni izvještaji protiv E.DŽ. /24/ iz Srebrenika, E.D. /24/ iz Živinica, Š.K. /24/ iz opštine Doboj Istok, S.Č. /36/, N.A. /18/ i Z.M. /31/ svi iz Lukavca, te 17-godišnjaka iz Srebrenika zbog sumnje da su počinili krivično djelo posjedovanje i omogućavanje uživanja droge.
Tridesettrogodišnja Ž.M. iz Tuzle biće uz izvještaj predata Tužilaštvu Tuzlanskog kantona na dalje postupanje zbog sumnje da je počinila krivično djelo neovlaštena proizvodnja i stavljanje u promet droge.
Policija je pretrese izvršila po naredbama opštinskih sudova radi sprečavanja, otkrivanja i identifikovanja izvršilaca krivičnih djela iz oblasti zloupotrebe narkotika, nedozvoljenog držanja oružja i municije i imovinskih delikata.
