POŠTOVANI GRAĐANI TK OVO SMO JAVNO DANAS OBZNANILI I OBEĆALI‼️

PLAN I REALIZACIJA MJERA SKUPŠTINSKE VEĆINE U TUZLANSKOM KANTONU ZA PERIOD MART- OKTOBAR 2022. GODINE

  1. Materijalno-tehničko opremanje Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova (MUP) Tuzlanskog kantona, Civilne zaštite i robnih rezervi u iznosu do petnaest miliona konvertibilnih maraka (15.000.000 KM) – implementacija po usvojenom rebalansu Budžeta za 2022. godinu.
  2. Stavljanje van snage Odluke o povećanju plata i ostalih primanja izabranih zvaničnika (poslanika u Skupštini TK, Premijera, ministara u Vladi TK i savjetnika) – rok implementacije: do 31. marta 2022. godine.
  3. Izglasavanje izmjena i dopuna zakona vezanih za Porodiljske naknade majkama porodiljama (u iznosu od 1000 KM) te povećanje dječijeg doplatka za 50% – rok implementacije: 30. aprila 2022. godine.
  4. Povećanje plata svim radnicima u oblasti obrazovanja (osnovnog, srednjeg i visokog ) u iznosu od 9,5% – rok implementacije: 30. juni 2022. godine.
  5. Povećanje boračke egzistencijalne naknade za demobilisane borce u iznosu od 20% – rok implementacije: 31. mart 2022. godine.
  6. Povećanje naknade za oboljele od celijakije, u skladu s usvojenom skupštinskom inicijativom – rok implementacije: 30. april 2022. godine.
  7. Izrada novih pedagoških standarda za osnovno i srednje obrazovanje te normativa i standarda visokog obrazovanja – rok implementacije: 31. august 2022. godine.
  8. Nabavka besplatnih udžbenika za sve učenike od prvog do devetog razreda osnovne škole – rok implementacije: 1. septembar 2022. godine.
  9. Stipendiranje posebno nadarenih učenika i studenata (500 000 KM) sredstva pozicionirati kod Ministarstva za obrazovanje i nauku – implementacija po usvajanju rebalansa Budžeta za 2022. godinu.
  10. Povećanje poticaja u poljoprivredi na deset miliona konvertibilnih maraka (10.000.000 KM) – rok implementacije: po usvajanju rebalansa Budžeta za 2022. godinu.
  11. Povećanje sredstava za nerazvijene i manje razvijene opštine u iznosu od 50% u odnosu na planirana sredstva Budžeta za 2022. godinu – rok implementacije po usvajanju rebalans Budžeta za 2022. godinu.
  12. Usvajanje jednokratne pomoći penzionerima s najnižom penzijom (u rebalansa Budžeta za 2022. godinu planirati sredstva u iznosu 1.500 000 KM) implementacija do: septembra 2022. godine.
  13. Podrška povratničkoj populaciji kako fizičkim licima tako i infrastrukturnim projektima (u rebalansa Budžeta za 2022. godinu povećati sredstva u iznosu za 100 % u donosu na Budžet za 2022. godinu) rok implementacije: po usvajanju rebalansa Budžeta za 2022. godinu.
  14. Povećanje sredstava na budžetskim pozicijama za projekte iz oblasti kulture, sporta i mladih, (u rebalansa Budžeta za 2022. godinu povećati sredstva u iznosu za 20 % u donosu na Budžet za 2022. godinu) rok implementacije po usvajanju rebalansa Budžeta za 2022. godinu.
  15. Racionalizacija i smanjenje parafiskalnih nameta u privredi, koja se prije svega ogleda u ukidanju parafiskalnog nameta “naknade za opće korisne funkcije šuma”.
  16. Pokretanje postupka za izradu projektne dokumentacije Kampusa Univerziteta u Tuzli (u rebalansa Budžeta za 2022. godinu planirati sredstva u iznosu 500 000 KM).
  17. Pokretanje postupka za uvođenje sistema elektronske prijave ispita na Univerzitetu u Tuzli, rok implementacije 31. august 2022. godine.
  18. Hitno uvođenje elektronskih zdravstvenih knjižica za korisnike zdravstvenog osiguranja Tuzlanskog kantona.
