Najavljeno popuštanje mjera u KS: Omikron je dominantan
Ministar zdravstva Kantona Sarajevo, Haris Vranić, potvrdio je da će se nastava u narednom periodu nastaviti odvijati normalnim tempom.
Trenutno je zbog pandemije covida ogroman pritisak na domove zdravlja.
“Omicron soj koji je brzo prenosiv zahvatio je i zdravstvene radnike, i veći broj ih “izlazi iz stroja”. Svaka javna zdravstvena ustanova mora imati svoj krizni štab, i da se moraju dogovarati da li će obustavljati hladni program ili neće. Ako im je ispao veći broj hirurga prebacuju se samo na hitne slučajeve, oni to trebaju kreirati jer Ministarstvo im ne može kreirati ritam rada, to će morati raditi menadžeri tih institucija”, naveo je Vranić.
Vranić je kazao kako su mišljenja da se gubi smisao biltenskog objavljivanja broja pozitivnih, jer “kada je preko 40 posto pozitivnih od ukupnog broja testiranih onda ne vrijedi testirati”.
“Očito je da ćemo ovim virusom svi biti zaraženi, idemo prema kolektivnom imunitetu, sreća pa su slabiji simptomi. Podsjetio je da je u KS preko 60 posto stanovništva vakcinisano s dvije doze. Mislim da ćemo ljeto dočekati bez nekih posebnih mjera, a Krizni štab već sada razmišlja i sada o popuštanju nekih mjera”, optimističan je ministar, te dodaje da je omikron trenutno u KS dominantan.
“Kada budemo potupno slobodni od svih mjera organizovat ćemo press i proslaviti sa šampanjecem”, zaključio je Vranić.
Liste čekanja ne smiju biti duže od 20 dana
Ministar zdravstva Kantona Sarajevo, Haris Vranić, otkrio je planove ove institucije za naredni period. Izjavio je kako je Ministarstvo izdalo naredbu prema Zavodu zdravstvenog osiguranja da liste čekanja ne smiju biti duže od 20 za bilo koju proceduru. U slučaju da građanima usluga bude zakazana u kasnijem roku, ZZO će finansirati iste usluge u privatnim ustanovama ali samo pod uslovom da u tim ustanovama nisu uposleni ljekari iz javnih zdravstvenih ustanova, zbog toga što je najveći problem zdravstvenog sistema i žalbe građana u tom smjeru koje ukazuju na vid korupcije, to što ljekari iz javnih ustavnova zakazuju termine u privatnim ordinacijama.
Osim toga, Ministarstvo zdravstva je izdalo uputu i za uvođenje obavezne/ dobrovoljne vakcinacije HPV vakcinom za sprječavanja raka maternice.
“Nadalje, želimo postići i da građani koji su fizički spriječeni da dođu u domove zdravlja mogu kući dobiti uslugu”, iznio je Vranić još jedan od planova.
Ministarstvo planira i izmijeniti proceduru te omogući svim specijalistima u javnim ustanovama da imaju pravo propisivanja recepta, kako građani ne bi dodatno morali u toj istoj ustanovi čekati porodičnog ljekara za recept.
“Idemo i u smjeru formiranja virtualne kartice, gdje će građani imati uvid u vlastiti karton, sve pružene usluge, terapije, nema zloupotrebe da će neko pisati na tuđe kartone lijekove ili upisivati dijagnozu, to nam je preporuka od EU”, rekao je Vranić.
