Najbolji bh. paraplivač Nermin Memić osvojio srebro i izborio nastup na EP
SARAJEVO, (Patria) – Nermin Memić, najbolji paraplivač Bosne i Hercegovine osvojio je srebrenu medalju na Prvom međunarodnom festivalu plivanja za osobe sa invaliditetom održanom u subotu u Zagrebu.
Bh. reprezentativac i takmičar sarajevskog SPID-a ovim rezultatom postignutim u apsolutnoj konkurenciji po MD bodovima ujedno je ostvario i A normu za nastup na narednom Evropskom prvenstvu u paraplivanju. Uspjeh tima BiH u hrvatskoj prijestolnici osvajanjem srebrnih medalja u konkurenciji juniora upotpunili su još Ismail Zulfić i Ismail Barlov. Bh. boje branio je i Ajdin Karišik.
„Naš glavni cilj na ovom izuzetno jakom takmičenju je postignut. Najbolji paraplivač naše zemlje Nermin Memić oborio je A normu u disciplini 100 metara delfin u klasi S8 za Evropsko prvenstvo slijedeće godine u Portugalu. Nerminu će ovo biti drugi nastup u karijeri na evropskoj smotri i svi smo mnogo ponosni. Ovaj rezultat je kruna veoma uspješnog rada našeg kluba u godini na izmaku. Ovo je uspjeh svih nas u PK SPID, roditelja, plivača i trenera. Već od ponedjeljka počinjemo kovati plan priprema za Evropsko prvenstvo“, rekao je Amel Kapo, selektor paraplivačke reprezentacija BiH i glavni trener PK SPID.
Na takmičenju u Zagrebu, u organizaciji Plivačkog kluba Dubrava, nastupilo je 116 plivača iz Austrije, Grčke, Slovenije, Crne Gore, Turske, Srbije, Hrvatske i BiH.
