Nakon nekoliko mjeseci: Prva subota u Istanbulu bez policijskog sata
UBLAŽAVANJE MJERA
Građani Istanbula iskoristili su subotu bez policijskog sata, nakon dugo vremena, za šetnju plažama i parkovima.
U Turskoj je ranije ovog mjeseca počelo ublažavanje restriktivnih mjera borbe protiv pandemije COVID-19 i to shodno kontroliranoj normalizaciji koju je najavio predsjednik zemlje Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Unatoč tome što se nakon izvjesnog vremena ne primjenjuje dvodnevni policijski sat tokom vikenda, u gradu na dva kontinenta nema gužvi. Građani su šetali i bavili se sportom na plaži Caddebostan.
Odlukom donesenom 1. decembra 2020. godine, policijski sat počeo se primjenjivati od 21 sat u petak do pet sati u ponedjeljak.
Policijski sat tokom vikenda trebao bi u potpunosti biti ukinut na područjima niskog i srednjeg rizika, dok će se u provinciji visokog i vrlo visokog rizika nastaviti se još neko vrijeme.
Vikend bez ograničenja kretanja počeo je mirno i na Trgu Taksim i ulici Istiklal, jednim od najprometnijih područja Istanbula.
Širom Turske od 7 do 19 sati dozvoljen je rad restoranima, slastičarnicama, kafeterijama, čajdžinicama i sličnim uslužnim objektima koji mogu koristiti do 50 posto kapaciteta.
Izuzetak su distrikti koji su zbog loše epidemiološke slike proglašeni visokorizičnim i ublažavanje mjera u njima je odgođeno.
Tako su restorani u Istanbulu počeli primati svoje goste. Mještani nakon nekoliko mjeseci imaju priliku da jedu izvan domova, a osoblje i dalje upozorava na preventivne mjere nošenja maski i održavanja fizičke distance.
U Turskoj su otvorene i osnovne škole i đaci se autobusima ili u pratnji roditelja vraćaju u učionice.
Ugostitelji u popularnim istanbulskim kvartovima primaju goste i uređuju svoje objekte u skladu s preporukama nadležnih vlasti koje traže da se ne premaši polovica kapaciteta.
Pored primanja prvih gostiju, istanbulski ugostitelji nastavljaju i dostavu koja im je proteklih sedmica bila jedini način rada.
