Nakon što je poništen tender: Međunarodni aerodrom Tuzla hitno treba još jedan gate za putnike
Tenderski postupak za gradnju izlaznog gatea na Međunarodnom aerodromu Tuzla (MAT) poništen je nakon što je utvrđeno da vrijednost dostavljene ponude premašuje procijenjenu vrijednost za ovoj projekat. Razlika u procijenjenoj i ponuđenoj cijeni radova iznosila je gotovo 200 hiljada KM.
– Ponuđena cijena je bila viša skoro 40 posto i nije realno da bude prihvaćena. Nama je izgradnja još jednog gatea prioritet, tako da smo odlučili da idemo s javnim pozivom za izgradnju privremenog gatea u dijelu aerodromske zgrade gdje se nalazi restoran – kaže v. d. direktora MAT-a Halid Ahmetbegović.
Nakon objave tendera krajem novembra, prijavile su se dvije firme Džena d.o.o. iz Gradačca čija ponuda je iznosila 720.873 KM bez PDV-a te firma Kristal d.o.o. iz Živinica s ponudom 727.310 KM bez PDV-a.
Utvrđeno je da firma Kristal nije dostavila obrazac za ukupnu cijenu ponude, nego samo cijenu za građevinsko zanatske radove. Zbog toga je poziv da dostavljanje konačne ponude poslan samo firmi Džena d.o.o., koja je ponudila cijenu radova od 699.247 KM bez PDV-a. Nadležna komisija je konstatovala da je ponuda dostavljena u roku, ali da ukupna cijena ponude prelazi procijenjenu vrijednost nabavke, s obzirom na to da je procijenjna vrijednost nabavke utvrđena na 504.049 KM.
– Mi trenutno imamo dva gatea i možemo istovremeno opslužiti dva odlazeća aviona. Treći gate nam je hitno potreban, da bismo bili spremni da prihvatimo veći broj putnika. Privremni gate će koštati puno manje, pa neće zahtijevati tendersku proceduru, nego javni poziv, što je puno jednostavniji postupak. Nadamo se da će sve biti završeno do kraja marta – kaže Ahmetbegović.
Treći gate na MAT-u najavljuje se već skoro pola godine, ali još ništa konkreno nije urađeno. Ono što se radi je Atrij, još jedan od dugo najavljivanih infastrukturnih projekata.
– Na Atriju se radi i očekujemo da radovi budu okončani do maja, što nam je, također, veoma bitno jer će tu biti smješteni prostori koji će nam donijeti prihode – zaključio je Ahmetbegović.
