Nakon svečanog otvorenja 24. Sarajevo Film festivala, već po tradiciji upriličen svečani prijem u Hotelu Evropa, a okupile su se brojne značajne i poznate ličnosti.
U Hotelu Evropa prisutni su bili između ostalog ambasadorica SAD u BiH Morin Kormak (Maureen Cormack), gradonačelnik Sarajeva Abdulah Skaka sa suprugom, glumac Emir Hadžihafizbegović, oskarovac Danis Tanović, Elvis J. Kurtović, Naida Kundurović, poznata TV voditeljica, Jasna Beri i mnogi drugi.
Atmosfera tokom ove tradicionalne manifestacije je bila sjajna, a prisutni su mogli uživati u dobroj muzici i druženju.
Kraj prijema obilježio je i tradicionalni vatromet, koji je na svojevrstan način označio ono što nas očekuje u narednih sedam dana koliko traje najveća filmska smotra u ovom dijelu Evrope.
Naime, u narednim danima na SFF-u bit će prikazano rekordnih 266 filmova, a festivalu će prisustvovati brojni filmski autori, glumci, režiseri, producenti i druge ličnosti iz filmskog, kulturnog i javnog života BiH, regije i svijeta.
