NE STIŠAVA SE BURA NAKON SMJENE DR. ZAHIROVIĆA
Prije nekoliko dana došlo je do smjene Teufika Zahirovića sa pozicije zamjenika direktora JU Dom zdravlja Gradačac. Nakon više od sedmice dana ova tema je i dalje aktualna.
Na smjenu Teufika Zahirovića reagovao je Gradski odbor Socijaldemokrata BH za sve okrivljujući lokalni SDP.
“Nakon što je predsjednik Upravnog odbora Mirza Peštalić zaposlio svoju suprugu, pa zatim isto uradio Samir Aljić član UO, trend je pratio i tadašnji vijećnik čija je supruga zaposlena i odmah otišla na bolovanje. Da ne bi ostalo na ovim zapošljavanjima, a sve kadrova SDP-a, drug Almir Hećimović član predsjedništva GO SDP Gradačac takodjer zapošljava svoju suprugu” – navode iz GO Socijaldemokrata BH i dodaju da su nova partijska zapošljavanja tražena ultimativno od doktora Zahirovića koji na to nije pristao i zbog toga je smijenjen.
“Poslije toga UO donosi nezakonite odluke kako bi za direktora imenovao već pomenutog Mirzu Peštalića koji ne ispunjava zakonom predvidjene uslove,” – kažu gradačački BH Socijaldemokrati i dodaju da je stanje u ovoj ustanovi katastrofalno od finansijske dubioze do narušenih međuljudskih odnosa i verbalnih, pa i fizičkih obračuna među ljekarima i zaposlenim osobljem. – naveli su iz SD-a
Svoje viđenje dešavanja iznio je i doktor Zahirović
-“Dana 13.05.2020.godine, na sjednici Upravnog Odbora oko 13:30 sam smijenjen sa mjesta zamjenika direktora. Na prethodnoj sjednici pod tačkom “razno” predsjednik Upravnog Odbora mi je tražio da se izjasnim o mojim “nepravilnostima” u dosadašnjem radu koje su mi nabrojane.
Što se tiče smjene, to sam očekivao od januara mjeseca. Nisam davao ostavku, mada mi je bila spremna, čekao sam da me oni smijene, to je bila zaista mučna atmosfera. Kompletna procedura oko smjene je navodno “po zakonu”.
Čekalo se da prođe pandemija jer sam najveći teret posla iznio ja lično. Mislim da iza toga stoje sadašnje strukture vlasti.
Političkog zaleđa nemam i izgleda da mi se valja politički angažovati u ovoj izbornoj godini” – istakao je dr Zahirović.
