Nedopustiv pritisak Ambasade SAD na bh. medije!?
U iščekivanju poteza visokog predstavnika u BiH Christiana Schmidta građani i dalje dežuraju ispred zgrade OHR-a nadajući se da će im se konačno obratiti visoki predstavnik Christian Schmidt.
No, iz više izvora Patria saznaje da je Schmidt poprilično preplašen zbog reakcija građana, ali i izostanka podrške članica zemalja EU među kojima je i Njemačka, zemlja iz koje dolazi.
No, SAD i Velika Britanija insistiraju i dalje na nametanju Izbornog zakona koji bi bio, prema onome što je prezentirano u javnosti, uvođenje apartheida i konačna etnička podjela BiH.
Ono što posebno zabrinjava je netransparentnost samog procesa, ali i zabrinjavajući muk iz ambasada, koje ne odgovaraju na upite medija.
Ali, posebno zabrinjavajuće jeste to što je Ambasada SAD u BiH pozivala određene predstavnike medija kako bi ‘ispeglali’ situaciju. To bi se svakako moglo tumačiti kao nedopustiv pritisak na medije i gušenje medijskih sloboda, suprotno onome što podrazumijeva demokratski princip.
O ovome su se već oglasili pojedini politički predstavnici smatrajući ovaj čin zastrašivanjem novinara. Zastupnik u Predstavničkom domu Parlamentarne skupštine BiH Zlatan Begić objavio je da ima insajderske informacije o pritisku Ambasade SAD na bh. medije i novinare.
“Problem je što ambasador SAD u BiH Michael Murphy zove bh. novinare u Ambasadu i prijeti im, zastrašuje, ucjenjuje i pritišće ih oko načina izvještavanja u vezi najavljenog Schmidtovog nametanja odluka oko izbornog zakona….to je crvena linija koju nisu smjeli preći…”, napisao je Begić i dodao:
“Gospodine Murphy, ako je to demokratija i ako to smatrate svojim pravom, moje je pravo i obaveza da ovo prenesem BH javnosti!”.
