Nema zabrane kretanja tokom vikenda u Federaciji BiH
U zgradi Federalne uprave civilne zaštite (FUCZ) u Sarajevu danas je održana 15. vanredna sjednica Federalnog štaba civilne zaštite (FŠCZ) kojom je predsjedala zapovjednica Jelka Milićević. Federalni štab civilne zaštite nije donio naredbu o zabrani kretanja građanima tokom vikenda, iako je ovu mjeru predložilo Ministarstvo zdravstva FBiH.S ciljem sprečavanja širenja zaraze koronavirusa na području FBiH, danas je FŠCZ donio 12 naredbi, s tim da se 10 odnosi na sve kantone kojima se stavlja na raspolaganje zaštitna oprema.
Današnjom naredbom FŠCZ, poljoprivredni proizvođači koji obavljaju proljetnu sjetvu i koji su zatečeni da upravljaju poljoprivrednom mehanizacijom i prevoznim sredstvima za prevoz pčelinjih društava, opreme i materijala, te vrše prevoz poljoprivrednih proizvoda, mogu nesmetano obavljati poljoprivrednu djelatnost na prostoru FBiH, te se izuzimaju iz naredbi od 20., 21., 27. i 29. marta i od 3. aprila 2020. godine. Istom naredbom, trgovine poljoprivredne opreme, rasadnici i cvjećare mogu obavljati svoju djelatnost i izuzimaju se iz naredbe od 03. aprila 2020. godine.
Naređeno je FUCZ da stavi na raspolaganje zaštitnu opremu kantonalnim štabovima civilne zaštite za svih 10 kantona na području FBiH koji će je dalje raspodijeliti javnim zdravstvenim ustanovama na tom području. Radi se o 700 višekratnih zaštitnih odijela, 6.000 vizira, 50.000 rukavica i 3.000 naočala.
Uvodi se obavezna mjera karantina po rješenju Federalnog ministra zdravstva svim licima koja ulaze u Bosnu i Hercegovinu (BiH) na graničnim prelazima: Međunarodni aerodrom Sarajevo, Orašje, Velika Kladuša/Maljevac, Bosanski Šamac, Kamensko, Gorica, Bosansko Grahovo/Strmica, Doljani, Osoje, Čepikuće, Neum I, Neum II i Ivanica. Od primjene ove Naredbe izuzimaju se vozači, mašinovođe, piloti i kabinsko osoblje u međunarodnom prometu i lica u pograničnom i prekograničnom kretanju.
Naređuje se FUCZ da osigura šatorski prostor za boravak lica na ovim graničnim prijelazima, dok će se na graničnim prelazima Izačić i Bijača koristiti ranije uspostavljeni šatorski prostor od strane Oružanih snaga Bosne i Hercegovine.
Naređuje se kantonalnim štabovima civilne zaštite da, pod pratnjom policijskih službenika, osiguraju transport lica koja ulaze u BiH sa graničnog prelaza do mjesta određenog u rješenju za karantin. Kantonalnim ministarstvima unutrašnjih poslova i kantonalnim upravama policije naređeno je da osiguraju stalno prisustvo policijskih službenika na ovim graničnim prelazima, a Federalnoj upravi za inspekcijske poslove da upućuje lica u prekograničnom prometu putnika u šatorski prostor na ovim prelazima te da zadrži putne isprave do izdavanje rješenja o mjerama karantina i njihovog preuzimanja od nadležnog štaba civilne zaštite.
Stupanjem na snagu ove naredbe prestaje da važi ona od 6. aprila 2020. godine.
