Neredi u Nizozemskoj zbog djelimičnog lockdowna
Nizozemska policija u subotu je upotrijebila vodene topove da bi rastjerala prosvjednike koji se protive uvođenju novoga djelomičnog ‘lockdowna’ usred rekordnog broja zaraženih koronavirusom i sve većeg broja pacijenata na odjelima za intenzivnu skrb.
Premijer Mark Rutte u petak je najavio trotjedno zatvaranje koje se odnosi rad trgovina, sportskih dvorana i ugostiteljskih objekata. Najavljeno je da će se restorani i trgovine zatvarati ranije, a na većim sportskim događajima neće biti dopuštena prisutnost publike.
Broj cijepljenih stanovnika u Nizozemskoj je relativno visok. Objema dozama cijepljeno je 82,4 posto Nizozemaca starijih od 12 godina ili 73 posto ukupne populacije
