NERMIN OGREŠEVIĆ BEZ DLAKE NA JEZIKU: “Zbog nestabilne većine nema sjednica Parlamenta FBiH, nametnuta vlast ne može raditi dobro!”
Sagovornik Hayata dodaje: “Mi izbora nemamo, Bosnu ćemo braniti maksimalno. Ovo je naša zemlja u kojoj mogu da žive svi, ali ne želimo biti potcijenjeni. S pažnjom pratimo procese i naravno da svi moraju znati da mi nemamo druge domovine i ona je svih nas, trebamo je graditi”.
Mislim da je više razloga odgađanja sjednice Predstavničkog doma, postoje problemi unutar vladajuće većine, zasigurno i oko izbora sudije Ustavnog suda BiH, ali i najavljene smjene u rukovodstvu Doma, kazao je predsjednik Narodnog evropskog saveza Nermin Ogrešević u Vijestima Hayata.
“Činjenica da do sada nije bilo sjednica, govori o postojanju problema. Nema najavljene reformske dinamike. Bilo je dovoljno zastupnika, sjednica se mogla održati, očito je problem u parlamentarnoj većini. Građani naravno ispaštaju, zakoni stoje, ne bavimo se ekonomsko – socijalnim problemima. Mi smo se zalagalli za poreznu refomru, ali ništa od toga se ne dešava, sve se svelo na borbe oko pozicija i u slučaju Ustavnog suda BiH udovoljavanje HDZ-u”, ističe Ogrešević. .
O mogućnostima promjene parlamentarne većine u Federaciji, Ogrešević kaže: “Predstavnički dom ima 98 zastupnika, naravno da je moguće prekrajanje većine, jer i ova je “sklepana” na rubu 50-51 zastupnik. Bit će živo i intenzivno, mi u NES-u pratimo situaciju i procese u našoj zemlji. Pratimo sve što ugrožava njenu perspektivu i njen opstanak”.
Trojka se obavezala da radi
“Oni (Trojka) su se obavezali da rade, mi znamo da je ovo nametnuta Vlada FBiH, koja nije izabrana po Ustavu FBiH, već Odlukom visokog predstavnika. Kada se tako uradi, ne može se posao dobro uraditi”, naveo je Ogrešević, te komentarišući tvrdnju nametnutog premijera Nermina Nikšića o stabilnoj većini, Ogrešević ističe: “činjenica da nismo imali sjednice, a imamo toliko problema na čekanju, govori da nije stabilna”.
“Mi smo bili u kombinacijama za vlast iz ambicije da neke stvari radimo na drugačiji način. Imali smo neke kritike kada je u pitanju borba za državu. Međutim, ova vlast nije formirana na tim osnovama. Mi ne možemo očekivati nešto, ako su Dodik i Čović nosioci vlasti, ali i destabilizacije, tako da mi nemamo evropski put. Zalagali smo se da u vlasti bude opozicija iz RS, ali očito da su Dodik i Čović nosioci pozitivnih vrijednosti po nekim standardima, a mi koji se zalažemo za normalnu i demokratsku državu, nismo poželjn”, rekao je lider NES-a.
O izboru Marina Vukoje (HDZ) u Ustavni sud BiH, Ogrešević govori: “Ustavni sud BiH je definisan Dejtonskim mirovnim sporazumom ključna je instanca u čuvanju Ustava naše zemlje. Praksa treba biti takva da oni najkvalificiraniji budu na listi i da Parlament bira one koji imaju reference. Mislim da biramo ustavnog sudiju koji nema dana iskustva u pravosuđu i to je neodrživo. Praksa koja je uvedena ranije, nije pravno utemeljena. Govori se o četiri sudije iz FBiH i dvije iz RS, bez nacionalnih odrednica”.
Kada je u pitanju pritisak iz NSRS na sudiju Ustavnog suda BiH Zlatka Kneževića, Ogrešević smatra da je to antidejtonsko djelovanje.
“To je pritisak NSRS i političara na čelu s Dodikom kroz koji destabiliziraju državu i urušavaju institucije. Moramo biti spremni da branimo ustavni poredak, svim argumentima i na sve načine. Mislim da nam se ne smije ponoviti naivnost iz 1992. godine. Mi imamo političare koji ismijavaju žrtve, pokušavajući promijeniti činjenice, što je nama moralni argument. Činjenica je i da tamo gdje smo odbranili državu, institucije i demokratija funkcionišu. Bosna je država gdje ljudi svih vjera i nacija mogu živjeti zajedno, pobjeda te ideje je poraz onih koji žele raskomadati ovu zemlju. Ne mogu nam oprosttii to što smo se odbranili, vidimo to na Dobrovoljačkoj, jer po njima mi smo trebali dozvoliti da Sarajevo padne”, rekao je Ogrešević.
Sagovornik Hayata dodaje: “Mi izbora nemamo, Bosnu ćemo braniti maksimalno. Ovo je naša zemlja u kojoj mogu da žive svi, ali ne želimo biti potcijenjeni. S pažnjom pratimo procese i naravno da svi moraju znati da mi nemamo druge domovine i ona je svih nas, trebamo je graditi”.
Zadovoljan odlukom Ustavnog suda
Ogrešević je zadovoljan odlukom Ustavnog suda kojom su onemogućili bilo kakvu blokadu.
“Dodik priča, radi i djeluje. Šizofreno je da konstanto radi protiv ustavnog poretka i žali se na neustavnosti. Nenormalno je i ponašanje međunarodnih partnera, koji to sve vide. No, mislim da ni Dodik neće moći dovijeka ovako”, poručio je Ogrešević, te napomenuo da je začuđujuće da međunarodna zajednica godinama unazad nije reagirala na Dodikovo ponašanje, te da očekuje da će se morati desiti neki odgovor.
Upitan o zajedničkoj sjednici Vlade Hrvatske i Vijeća ministara BIH, Ogrešević kaže da se nije desilo ništa specijalno, jer su krucijalne tačke zaobiđene.
“Mi smo u velikom broju problema isticali pitanje Trgovske gore, prava izlaska na otvroeno more… ali toga je bilo najmanje”, zaključio je Ogrešević uz poruku da tu sjednicu nije trebalo ni održati dok Hrvatska ne prizna legalno izabranog člana Predsjedništva BiH Željka Komšića.
