Nezaposlene porodilje u TK zvanično dobijaju po hiljadu maraka mjesečno
Zastupnici u Skupštini Tuzlanskog kantona danas su omogućili budućim porodiljama da mjesečno dobijaju naknadu po nekoliko osnova. Jedna od njih je da će po 1.000 KM nezaposlene porodilje dobijati 12 mjeseci, a novac će se osigurati iz kantonalnog budžeta.
Naime, zastupnici u Skupštini Tuzlanskog kantona danas su usvojili izmjene i dopune Zakona o socijalnoj zaštiti, zaštiti civilnih žrtava rata i zaštiti porodica sa djecom.
Izmjene se odnose na porodiljske naknade, a na osnovu inicijative Kluba zastupnika Demokratske fronte, koju su predložili na jednoj od ranijih sjednica Kantonalne skupštine.
Kako pojašnjava predsjednik Kluba zastupnika DF-a Mahir Mešalić, počevši od 1. aprila 2022. godine, Vlada TK će obezbijediti za svaki nezaposlenu majku porodilju hiljadu konvertibilnih maraka mjesečno.
Za sve zaposlene majke porodilje koje imaju platu manju od hiljadu KM, kako dodaje Mešalić, Vlada TK će uplatiti razliku do tog iznosa, godinu dana od dana poroda, odnosno rođenja djeteta.
“Zbog mnogobrojnih upita majki koje već imaju male bebe ili su se porodile prije 1. aprila 2022. godine, iako vas ne možemo uvesti u pravo retroaktivno, sa zadovoljstvom ističem da će sve nezaposlene majke porodilje koje su se porodile u periodu od 1. aprila 2021. godine do 1. aprila 2022. godine, dobiti jednokratnu pomoć u iznosu od hiljadu KM, a da će one majke koje su bile zaposlene dobiti jednokratnu razliku do hiljadu KM, ukoliko su imale platu manju od tog iznosa”, pojašnjava Mešalić, napomenuvši da je iznos od hiljadu KM oporeziv po Zakonu o porezima FBiH, po kojem samo jednokratne pomoći nisu oporezive u iznosu od 21 posto.
Kako bi se izbjegle zloupotrebe, uslov za stjecanje navedenog prava će biti da su majke porodilje u posljednje tri godine imale prebivalište na području Tuzlanskog kantona ili da su stupanjem u bračnu zajednicu stekle prebivalište u toj regiji naše zemlje.
“Moram napomenuti da će ukupna izdvojena sredstva za majke porodilje biti okvirno 26 miliona KM na godišnjem nivou sa porezima, što je historijski korak ka boljoj pronatalitetnoj politici. Ovo je maksimum što budžet TK može podnijeti, a da budemo obazrivi i vrlo odgovorno prema svim drugim korisnicima budžeta”, dodao je Mešalić.
Današnje izmjene i dopune Zakona o socijalnoj zaštiti, zaštiti civilnih žrtava rata i zaštiti porodica sa djecom TK usvojene su sa 29 glasova za.
