Pavlović rješenje krize vidi u povećanju prehrambene proizvodnje.
Mi moramo osigurati pokrivenost naših prehrambenih potreba do barem 50 posto. Imamo brojne proizvođače mesa, žitarica, mliječnih i ostalih prehrambenih proizvoda, tako da zaista raspolažemo bogatom industrijom hrane. Nužna je sinergija nadležnih organa kako bismo već na ljeto počelo sa konceptom da proizvodimo svoju hranu u što većem broju – smatra Pavlović.
Dodaje da se moraju otkupiti viškovi proizvoda od privatnih trgovaca.
Entitetske vlade mogu ići na otkupljivanje viška proizvoda od strane trgovaca, kako bi osigurale dovoljne robne rezerve na lageru. Uporedo s tim, inspekcije moraju strogo kažnjavati sve trgovce koji žele zaraditi novac u vrijeme krize. To se posebno vidjelo na cijenama goriva. Pojedini distributeri nafte su kažnjeni, ali mi ne znamo ko su oni. Stoga se moraju objaviti spiskovi svih koji krše zakonski ograničene marže. Nije normalno da litar ulja u Banjoj Luci košta 3,80 KM, a u Sarajevo 5 KM – navodi Pavlović.
Prema mišljenju Hadžića, ukidanje akciza donijelo bi mnogo više koristi nego štete.
Daleko je veća korist od privremene suspenzije akciza od bilo kakve štete po budžet. Jedina šteta jeste da se pusti divljanje cijena van kontrole, te time primoramo građane da novac troše na osnovne životne potrebe. Time se sav novac isisava na tekuću potrošnju, što će dovesti do pada ekonomske aktivnosti kroz manju potražnju. Zaboravljamo da imamo rekordne naplate u sistemu PDV-a. Tu se radi o stotinama miliona uprihodovanog novca od poreza. Dakle, nema nikakve štete za budžet ako se suspenzuju akcize – pojašnjava Hadžić.
