Novalić posjetio firmu koja će prva u BiH koristiti GMO u procesu farbanja tkanina

Premijer FBiH Fadil Novalić posjetio je danas firmu Forster Rohner Ilidža d.o.o. u Hrasnici koja će prva u BiH početi primjenjivati genetski modificirane organizme (GMO) za farbanje tkanina.

Spomenuta firma proizvodi tkanine za klijente među kojima su Chanel, Gucci i Louis Vuitton, a za primjenu GMO bojenih tkanina u svojoj proizvodnji bilo je potrebno donijeti Pravilnik o ograničenoj upotrebi GMO u kontrolisanom zatvorenom prostoru”, u skladu sa EU direktivama, a što je zahvaljujući Vladi FBiH i urađeno u septembru ove godine.

Novalić je izjavio da je ta kompanija tražila izmjene određenih podzakonskih rješenja kako bi upotrebljavali boje visokog kvaliteta koje su regulisane GMO pravilnicima. Pojasnio je da je Vlada FBiH u septembru usvojila četiri pravilnika namijenjena takvim industrijama, čime je omogućeno firmi Forster Rohner Ilidža d.o.o. da koristi najekskluzivnije boje.

– To je posljedica jednog patenta za čiju primjenu je kod nas bilo potrebno promijeniti pravilnik i uskoro ćemo izdati dozvolu za proizvodnju što bi trebao biti novi korak u razvoju ove kompanije – rekao je Novalić.

Direktorica firme Forster Rohner Ilidža d.o.o. Elma Memić navela je da u poslovanju poštuju standarde i prirodu, te da trenutno razvijaju projekt prirodnog farbanja mikroorganizmima.Izrazila je nadu da će današnjom posjetom premijera Novalića ozvaničiti taj projekt i dobiti dozvolu, čime će postati prvi pokretač GMO farbanja u BiH.

Forster Rohner Ilidža d.o.o. osnovana je 2017. kao kćerka firma švicarske kompanije Forster Rohner AG.
