Novalić: Sutra zovem Krizni štab da prepakujemo mjere, nema cijene koju nećemo platiti za vakcinu
Premijer Federacije BiH Fadil Novalić prvi put nakon izlaska iz bolnice govorio je o svojoj borbi sa koronavirusom, ekonomskom situacijom u BiH, kao i nadolazećoj vakcini za koronavirus.
On je tokom gostovanja na Hayat TV-u otkrio da se dobro osjeća nakon što je pobijedio opasni virus, te da je važne lekcije naučio dok je boravio u bolnici.
Kazao je kako se potpuno opravio i na vrijeme se počeo liječiti.
– Na kraju sam klasificiran kao srednje težak pacijent. Bolest je opasnija nego što se misli, neugodnija također. Organizam nema prirodan odgovor, imate neki neugodan osjećaj. Imate neke pojave koje su daleko nezgodnije od gripe. To je potpuna nemoć, na kraju vam napadne sve organe – kazao je Novalić
Dodao je da prije koronavirusa nikad nije bio u bolnici.
– Moram biti iskren i reći da se stanovište čovjeku promijeni. Svi smo jako sretni kada izađemo iz bolnice, i nema tu pravila. Dok sam bio gore bilo je i ljudi od 28 godina – kazao je federalni premijer.
Na konstataciju novinara da Federacija u posljednjih mjesec bilježi crne brojke, te da je sve više zaraženih koronavirusom, upitan da li ga ta situacija plaši, Novalić je kazao:
– Već sutra zovem Krizni štab da prepakujemo mjere, ne da zatvorimo ljude, nego da im pojasnimo mjere koje su na snazi. Moramo definirati kubikažu, prostor, što znači da moramo pooštriti i definisati te mjere. S jedne strane ponovo moramo vratiti kampanju i reći građanima da je u pitanju opasna bolest. Rečeno je da će virus oslabiti, a on je ojačao. Ne možemo dati baš restriktivne mjere, ali možemo pooštriti pravila, zapravo inspekcije da još više rade svoj posao.
Na pitanje da li se razmatra mogućnost ponovnog uvođenja stanja nesreće, Novalić je kazao da “mi slijedimo šta rade razvijene zemlje”.
– Tamo se stanje nesreće ne uvodi sveobuhvatno, nego određene kategorije ili pokrajine. Ukoliko stanje ovako bude u KS, tu ćemo uvesti rigoroznije mjere, ali to ne mora biti u kantonima gdje je bolje stanje. Građansku percepciju morate proizvesti. Mi kao vlada i vlade kantone imamo mehanizme u rukama da pojasnimo koliko je to opasno. Mehanizmi su se koristili dok je bilo vanredno stanje. Sad se mora u liberalnom obliku to definirati, ako se kaže da se mora nositi maska onda mora tako biti, ako treba biti rastojanje u restoranima to će se tako i desiti – kazao je Novalić.
Respiratori koje je nabavio Krizni štab Federacije kao ni donirana oprema još nisu u upotrebi, čeka se državni nivo, a zdravstvene ustanove upozoravaju da nemaju materijalne kapacitete odgovoriti zahtjevima. Upitan da li u tom smislu entitetska vlada može uraditi išta osim apelovati da se proces raspodjele završi, Novalić je kazao:
– Svih 18.000 zdravstvenih radnika poslali su mi pismo da damo opremu. Da bi se to pustilo u bolnice moramo naći instituciju koja će izvršiti provjeru, pa tek onda to pustiti u upotrebu. Vjerovatno je slučaj “Respiratori” zaplašio aktere, pa se svi plaše ući u tu priču. Bar smo mogli donirane respiratore podijeliti. Već u trećoj sedmici augusta ću tražiti da se to podijeli.
Kada su u pitanju vakcine, federalni premijer je kazao da to radi država.
– Očito postoji lijek protiv korone koji se ispituje aktivno, a za nešto takvo važno država pregovara. Moramo stati u red i tražiti lijek. U svakom slučaju što se pregovori otvore prije, prije ćemo dobiti vakcinu, to bi moglo biti nekad na proljeće, u martu ili aprilu – rekao je Novalić.
Upitan o stanju ekonomije, kazao je da brojevi govore da recesija nije ni toliko loša koliko se računalo da će biti.
– Nama su prihodi na penzionom manji za 2.5 posto što je dobro. Konačno smo prošle sedmice u kantone ubrizgali novac. Budućnost nam je neizvjesna, nećemo naći pouzdan lijek i ne znamo kako će se stanovništvo ponašati. Vidimo da svi samo hranu kupuju, jer se boje ovog stanja – pojasnio je Novalić.
Na pitanje novinara hoćemo li imati novaca za vakcine, federalni premijer je kazao da “za to moramo imati novac, te da ćemo nešto drugo žrvovati da bismo se oslobodili ove napasti”.
– Nema cijene koju Federacija neće platiti za vakcinu kad se ona pojavi – potcrtao je Novalić.
Kazao je i da su u Vladi spremni na sve scenarije na dnevnom nivou.
– Spremni smo rezerve koristiti za one koji su socijalno ugroženi. Naša ekonomija jeste na niskom nivou, ali je živahna – zaključio je federalni premijer.
