NOVINARIMA B1 TV ZABRANJEN ULAZAK U ZGRADU GRADSKE UPRAVE?!
Danas je u Gradačcu potpisan još jedan ugovor o prenosu sredstava u iznosu od 400.000,00 KM za tekuću godinu koje je odobrila vlada TK (Ministarstvo poljoprivrede šumarstva i vodoprivrede). Radi se o sufinansiranju ili refundaciji dijela troškova nastale realizacijom projekta vodosnabdjevanja na području Gradačca.
Novinari lokalne B1 televizije nisu dobili odobrenje da prisustvuju potpisivanju ovog ugovora kojem su prisustvovali ministar Mustafa Šakić, gradonačelnik Edis Dervišagić i ministar pravosuđa i uprave TK Elvir Herčinović.
Zabranu prisustva dobili smo jasno definisano od strane gradonačelnika Edisa Dervišagića. – navode iz B1 TV.
Smatramo da pravo na izvještavanje i slobodu informisanja nikome ne može da bude uskraćeno i zahtijevamo od gradskih organa da poštuju slobode i prava svih građana, bez obzira na njihovu političku orijentaciju.
Predstavnici gradskih organa ne smiju da se ponašaju bahato i neodgovorno poput gradonačelnika Edisa Dervišagića, koji ne dozvoljava ulazak drugačije mislećih novinara na svoje događaje ili im, pak, uskraćuje odgovor na postavljena pitanja i ignoriše pozive za gostovanje na televiziji.
B1 TV javno zahtijeva od Edisa Dervišagića, gradonačelnika Gradačca, da osigura nesmetan i dostojanstven rad novinarima, te omogući svim medijima praćenje aktivnosti gradonačelnika na jednak, pošten i profesionalan način.
Diskriminacije gradonačelnika Dervišagića su usmjerene uglavnom prema B1 televiziji, koja bespoštedno i kritički izvještava o njegovom radu kao i o radu gradske vlasti.
Zbog svega navedenog i dosadašnje diskriminacije, B1 TV razmatra mogućnost podizanja tužbe protiv gradonačelnika Dervišagića radi ciljane i dugotrajne diskriminacije, kao i kršenja prava na slobodu izražavanja i slobodan pristup javnim događajima.
