Odbojkaši BiH osvojili bronzanu medalju na Paraolimpijskim igrama u Tokiju
Reprezentacija Bosne i Hercegovine u sjedećoj odbojci osvojila je bronzanu medalju na Paraolimpijskim igrama u Tokiju savladavši nakon preokreta Brazil rezultatom 3:1 (23:25, 25:19, 25:18 i 25:11)
U prvom setu gledali smo borbu od starta do kraja. Brazilci su u finišu napravili preokret i slavili rezultatom 25:23 iskoristivši prvu set-loptu.
Ipak, drugi set donosi znatno bolju igru naše reprezentacije. Napravili smo veliku seriju i došli do vodstva 15:4. Brazil se uspio stabilizovati i vezati četiri poena, no mjesta pritisku nije bilo jer je vodstvo već tada bilo nedostižno.
U završnicu drugog seta ušlo se rezultatom 23:12 za BiH. Tada su Brazilci ponovo napravili veliku seriju i sa 7:0 došli do 23:19. Ipak, prvu set-loptu koristi Stevan Crnobrnja za poravnanje u setovima.
Potpuno očekivano, treći set donosi ključnu borbu i uzbudljive poene. Od starta smo imali prednost, ali je ona bila dostižna. Odlični Mirzet Duran blokovima donio je prednost 21:16 koja se ispostavila ključnom za treći set i na kraju smo rezultatom 25:18 poveli s 2:1 u setovima.
Blok Durana donio je i nekoliko poena na startu trećeg seta čime smo došli do vodstva kojeg smo održali do kraja susreta. Kako se meč bližio kraju, tako su i Brazilci počeli gubiti nadu u eventualni preokret. Set i meč smo priveli kraju s ubjedljivih 25:11.
Zanimljivo, reprezentativac BiH Dževad Hamzić danas je proslavio 53. rođendan i kao “poklon” dobio je medalju u Tokiju.
Ovo je za BiH šesto učešće na paraolimpijskim igrama i šesta medalja. Uz dva zlata (Atina 2004. i London 2012. godine), osvojili smo i tri srebrene medalje, tako da je u Tokiju osvojena prva bronza. Još impozantniji je podatak da su bh. odbojkaši osvojili medalju na 24. velikom takmičenju uzastopno.
Reprezentaciju Bosne i Hercegovine u Tokiju činili su: kapiten Sabahudin Delalić, Dževad Hamzić, Ismet Godinjak, Ermin Jusufović, Adnan Manko, Adnan Kešmer, Asim Medić, Nizam Čančar, Stevan Crnobrnja, Jasmin Brkić, Safet Alibašić i Mirzet Duran.
