Održana Konstituirajuća sjednica Gradskog vijeća Grada Gradačac
U Gradačcu je održana Konstituirajuća sjednica Gradskog vijeća Grada Gradačac. Konstituirajućoj sjednici, uz predstavnike nove gradske vlasti, prisustvovali su i premijer vlade Federacije Fadil Novalić, ministri u vladi Tuzlanskog kantona, federalni i kantonalni zastupnici i poslanici, predstavnici kulturnog i javnog života i mnogobrojni građani Gradačca.
Svečana sjednica započela je intoniranjem himne nakon čega usvojen je i dnevni red sjednice. Gradsko vijeće usvojilo Prijedlog statutarne odluke o organizaciji Grada Gradačac u skladu sa Zakonom o Gradu Gradačac, te Prijedlog Odluke o pečatu Grada Gradačca. Davanjem svečane izjave od strane vijećnika zvanično su postali gradski vijećnici a zvanično je uspostavljen i status Grada Gradačac.
Nakon toga uslijedilo je obraćanje zvaničnika, a među prvim zvaničnicima koji su uputili čestitke bili su gradonačelnik Grada Gradačac, mr.sci Edis Dervišagić i premijer Vlade Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine.
Po završetku Konstituirajuće sjednice Gradskog vijeća na zgradi Gradske uprave Grada Gradačac otkrivena je ploča s natpisom “Grad Gradačac”.
Nakon prigodnog programa ispred zgrade Grada Gradačca, na kuli Husein Kapetana Gradaščevića, upriličen je bogat kulturno umjetnički program i “Večer sevdaha” koji su popraćeni vatrometom.
