OGLASIO SE I SDBIH POVODOM AMERIČKIH SANKCIJA

SOCIJALDEMOKRATE BOSNE I HERCEGOVINE POSTAVLJAJU JAVNO PITANJE NERMINU NIKŠIĆU I JASMINU IMAMOVIĆU: OSTAJETE LI U KOALICIJI SA MIRSADOM KUKIĆEM?
State Department uveo je sankcije predsjedniku Pokreta demokratske akcije (PDA) Mirsadu Kukiću, a ovakva odluka te američke institucije nije iznenađenje jer su Tužilaštvu i Sudu u Sarajevu poznata (ne)djela Mirsada Kukića, poručuju iz Socijaldemokrata Bosne i Hercegovine.
Kako su zvanično obrazložili iz State Departmenta, Kukić je sankcionisan zbog umiješanosti u koruptivne aktivnosti koje su se odnosile na rad Rudnika mrkog uglja (RMU) u Banovićima.
Smatramo da su ove sankcije šamar državi Bosni i Hercegovini i posebno pravosuđu ove države. Gorak je okus u ustima svima koji makar malo razmišljaju u ovoj zemlji. Postavlja se pitanje kako to da BH pravosudni sistem ne zna za sve ove silne koruptivne radnje koje je navedeni “trojac”, a kome će se, vrlo vjerovatno, uskoro poridružiti mnogi drugi, desetljećima činio, a da SAD znaju? Odgovor je da znaju i da su uvijek znali, ali da nikad nisu željeli ili nisu smjeli ništa učiniti! Jadna je zemlja i jadni smo mi sa takvim tužiocima.
Socijaldemokrate Bosne i Hercegovine ovim putem upućuju javno pitanje Nerminu Nikšiću i Jasminu Imamoviću, ostajete li u koaliciji sa Mirsadom Kukićem, čovjekom sa američke crne liste?
Podsjećamo i koalicione partnere Pokreta demokratske akcije SDP, Našu stranku i SBB da je Kukić 2006. godine osuđen zbog zloupotrebe položaja dok je bio direktor RMU “Banovići” na 18 mjeseci zatvora. Četrnaest godina poslije prvostepenom presudom osuđen je na jednogodišnju zatvorsku kaznu zbog posredovanja prilikom zapošljavanja u Elektroprivredu BiH.
Možda do sada nisu znali ili vidjeli korupciju dok nam prijatelji iz Amerike nisu to rekli i dokazali. Hoćete li i dalje biti slijepi, pa ostati u koaliciji sa strankom na čijem je čelu sankcionisani predstavnik zbog korupcije ili ćete reagovati?
Pozivamo bh. tužilaštva da počnu raditi svoj posao, a ne da Amerikanci ili neko drugi radi to umjesto njih ili da odstupe sa svojih političkih pravosudnih funkcija i ustupe ih profesionalcima koji neće ljubiti ruku svojim šefovima, nego će štiti Ustav i raditi prema zakonima ove države.
Ovim putem zahtijevamo i od Tužilaštva TK da iz ladica izvadi predmete koji godinama stoje neprocesuirani, a ako to ne uradi pozivamo VSTV da reaguje i preispita rad Tužilaštva TK, smijeni tužioce koji štite korupciju i postavi profesionalce koji će, napokon, procesuirati sve one koji su se ogriješili o zakone ove zemlje.
Neka se prestanu baviti montiranim procesima kojima zamagljuju pažnju javnosti.
U svakom slučaju će i revolucionarni Tim za sprečavanje korupcije na području Tuzlanskog kantona premijera Kadrije Hodžića imati posla, ali sam protiv sebe.
