Oglasio se SDP: Ovakav Dom naroda daje moć HDZ-u, kad izgube šestog delegata završili su
Prema Ustavu, najmanje šest delegata iz jednog Kluba može predložiti predsjednika ili potpredsjednika Federacije BiH
U jeku priče oko reforme izbornog zakonodavstva i činjenice da probosanske stranke imaju čvrst stav da je reduciranje ovlasti domova naroda crvena linija iz SDP-a su ponovo istakli kako je upravo ovakav Dom naroda omogućio HDZ-u da imenovanje federalne vlade uslovljava izmjenama Izbornog zakona, da usljed nepopunjenosti entitetskog Ustavnog suda, na duže vrijeme i pod krinkom zaštite vitalnog nacionalnog interesa Hrvata, blokiraju zakone koji sa vitalnim interesima, kako ocjenjuju u SDP-u, nemaju nikakve veze.
“Oni na poziciji člana Predsjedništva, samo svoje biračko tijelo zabavljaju da dobiju glasove a njihova stvarna moć je u Domu naroda, i kada dobiju šestog delegata u Klubu Hrvata federalnog parlamenta, oni završavaju sav posao i to su pokazali i sada”, kazao je Irfan Čengić zastupnik SDP-a u Parlamentu FBiH.
Prema Ustavu, najmanje šest delegata iz jednog Kluba može predložiti predsjednika ili potpredsjednika Federacije BiH.
Zukan Helez, potpredsjednik SDP-a i državni zastupnik gostujući u Rezimeu istakao je da SDP neće učestvovati u izmjenama Izbornog zakona sve dok se ne odblokiraju državne institucije.
“Bez SDP-a i stranaka okupljenih oko SDP-a ne može se izmijeniti Ustav države. Dogovorili smo bilo kakav zahvat u ustavne promjene da ćemo zajedno djelovati. Dva zastupnika fale ovoj nacionalnoj koaliciji da bi se izmijenio Ustav. Kad se promijeni Ustav onda oni bez nas mogu da naprave Izborni zakon kakav god žele. I to je ono čega se mi bojimo.”
Ističe da nema povjerenja u Eichhorst i Palmera.
“Zato što sam dobio neke informacije davno da gospodin Palmer u dogovoru sa Draganom Čovićem je došao ovdje da ono što Dragan Čović i HDZ zagovaraju, a što je jako štetno za državu BiH, da se to provede. Čak prije uspostave administracije gospodina Bidena, to je bila priča.”
Helez navodi da Naša stranka i NiP idu u pregovore, ali da neće ništa uraditi bez dogovora sa SDP-om.
