Okupacija u 26 sekundi: Sumnjivo “N.N.” lice (izg)ubilo NATO i pristalo na provedbu presude Ljubić, uz ignorisanje presude Komšić
Sedamnaest dana je trebalo Nerminu Nikšiću, Elmedinu Konakoviću, Edinu Forti, Semiru Efendiću, Nerminu Ogreševiću, Elzini Pirić, Damiru Marjanoviću i Fuadu Kasumoviću da odustanu od NATO integracija Bosne i Hercegovine.
“Jer sve ono”, objasnit će na konferenciji za medije predsjednik SDP-a BiH Nermin Nikšić, “o čemu smo danima govorili sadrži priču euroatlantskih”.
Uslijedila je kratka stanka. Iz usta Nermina Nikšića je izašao neartikulisani glas kojeg u arapskom jeziku zovu “hemze”. Onda je nastavio:”Evropskih integracija. Atlantske smo, evo, objasno je predsjednik Dodik”.
To što je 29. novembra ove godine kazalo devet predsjednika (osmorka plus HDZ) više ne vrijedi. Jer samo je jedan “predsjednik Dodik”.

“Smijernice, načela i ciljevi u izvršnoj i zakonodavnoj vlasti za razdoblje 2022.-2026. godinu”, naslovljeno je prvo poglavlje Sporazuma kojeg su 29. novembra ove godine potpisali lideri stranaka osmorke i HDZ-a BiH.
Tačka broj 1. je nazvana . “EUROATLANTSKE INTEGRACIJE”

“Smjernice, načela i ciljevi u izvršnoj i zakonodavnoj vlasti na nivou BiH za period 2022.-2026. godinu”, glasi naslov prvog poglavlja Sporazuma kojeg su 15. decembra potpisali lideri Nermin Nikšić, Milorad Dodik i Dragan Čović.
Tačka broj 1 je nazvana: EVROPSKE INTEGRACIJE
Zbog čega su nestale “atlantske” integracije, Nermin Nikšić nije stigao objasniti. Samo je rekao – “objasnio je predsjednik Dodik”.

“Potpisnici ovog sporazuma (devetorka i SNSD) opredjeljeni su za:
a) hitno provesti, a najkasnije u roku od šest (6) mjeseci od uspostave vlasti na svim nivoima, ograničene promjene Ustava BiH i usvojiti izmjene i dopune Izbornog zakona BiH saglasno odluci Ustavnog suda BiH i presudama Evropskog suda za ljudska prava. Ova mjera uključuje reformu koja će zaštititi kolektivna prava i individualna pravasaglasno Ustavu BiH i odluci Ustavnog suda BiH, te u skladu s presudama Evropskog suda za ljudska prava (Predsjedništvo Bosne i Hercegovine i domovi naroda)”, piše u Sporazumu SNSD-a, HDZ-a i SDP-a.
Obratite pažnju na ovo – “odluci Ustavnog suda BiH“. U pitanju je, dakle, jednina, što znači da su potpisnici sporazuma mislili na samo jednu presudu Ustavnog suda BiHkoja se odnosi na izborno zakonodavstvo. A Ustavni sud BiH je glede izbornog zakonodavstva donio dvije presude. Prva je donesena po zahtjevu člana Predsjedništva BiH Željka Komšića i ona se odnosi na izbor (pot)predsjednika Federacije BiH i Republike Srpske (uvođenje ostalih u pravo). Druga presuda Ustavnog suda BiH je ona koja je donesena po zahtjevu Bože Ljubića i ona se odnosi na popunjavanje Doma naroda FBiH.
Sada obratite pažnju na posljednje dvije riječi u zagradi. Tamo piše “domovi naroda”. To znači da su lideri SDP-a, HDZ-a i SNSD-a usaglasili provednu JEDNE presude Ustavnog suda BiH koja se odnosi na domove naroda, a to je presuda donesena po zahtjevu – Bože Ljubića. Prioritet osmorke, HDZ-a i SNSD-a će biti provedba presude Ljubić. Bez provedbe presude Komšić.

“Stranke iz ovog sporazuma obavezuju se na transparentno informisanje o investicijama”, glasi stav d., tačke 3 Sporazuma osmorke, SNSD-a i HDZ-a BiH.
Šta tačno znači “transparentno informisanje o investicijama”? Da li “informisanje o investicijama” znači samo formalno “upoznavanje o investicijama” i zaobilaženje procedura prilikom donošenja potrebnih odluka? Vjerovatno i na ovo pitanje odgovor zna samo “predsjednik Dodik”.
