Otvoren granični prijelaz Svilaj i novi most na granici sa Hrvatskom, u funkciji i 10 kilometara autoputa
Bosna i Hercegovina danas je dobila novu konekciju s Evropskom unijom – most Svilaj, ali i novi granični prijelaz te 10,7 funkcionalnih kilometara autoceste.Otvorenje mosta Svilaj, a potom i graničnog prijelaza i puštanja u promet autoceste dužine 10-ak kilometara upriličeno je danas u poslijepodnevnim satima, a svečanu vrpcu novog mosta Svilaj između BiH i Hrvatske prerezala je predsjednica Evropske komisije Ursula von der Leyen, predsjedavajući Vijeća ministara BiH Zoran Tegeltija te premijer Hrvatske Andrej Plenković.
Ursula von der Leyen, predsjednica Evropske komisije, je u obraćanju nakon presijecanja vrpce kazala da je sretna što je u BiH gdje Svilaj povezuje Zapadni Balkan i EU.
“Graditi mostove između ljudi i kultura je najbitnije. BiH i Zapadni Balkan pripadaju EU. Naši prioriteti su jasni. Moramo se boriti protiv pandemije, ubrzati vakcinaciju, oporaviti ekonomiju. Bili smo uspješni protiv pandemije, donirali smo više od milion doza, vakcinacija spašava život, a vakcine su bitne”, kazala je von der Leyen.
Dodala je da su u ekonomski oporavak uložili velike iznose novca, da postoje velika sredstva za projekte te da je na redu BiH koja te projekte treba predstaviti.
“Radimo na projektima za Zapadni Balkana kako bismo povezali partnere i izgradili koridore i željeznice. Podržavamo integracije u regionu, a svi zapadni partneri moraju se kretati brzo naprijed. Ova cesta je simbol puta bez prepreka, da imate olakšano kretanje i to su ključni elementi regiona”, kazala je von der Leyen.
Pojasnila je i da je potrebno ostvariti proces i napredak te da region mora izgraditi najvažniji most – most povjerenja.
“Računamo da ćete doći do ovog važnog mosta pomirenja, to je naš dug žrtvama sukoba iz prošlosti, budućim naraštajima, da san postane realnost. Lideri regiona, trebate nam kako bismo vam pomogli kroz poštivanje onog što je dogovoreno i poštivanje jednakosti i ravnopravnosti”, naglasila je von der Leyen.
Poručila je da želi biti glas građana BiH u EU te da žele BiH u EU i njene građane.
“Znamo vas i želimo vas. Vidio sam motivaciju. Da se ide naprijed, to je cilj, ali i proces je vidljiv koji donosi mnogo benefita regionu. Mi vas želimo, prijatelji smo i partneri.”
Premijer Republike Hrvatske Andrej Plenković je kazao da ovaj most spaja BiH s Hrvatskom, ali i sa Evropskom unijom.
“Ovaj projekt simbolizira vrijednosti koji nas povezuju, povjerenje, zajedništvo, poštovanje i želja da se ljudi, dobra i usluge kreću bez ograničenja. Zadovoljstvo nam je što je ovo projekt zajedničke saradnje. Ovo je samo jedan od mostova koji će povezati BiH i Hrvatsku”, izjavio je Plenković te dodao:
“Jačanjem infrastrukture povezujemo narode i privredu. Vrijednost projekta je što se nalazi na kordioru Vc… Kada kompletiramo koridor, imat ćemo punu dimenziju ovog mosta. Želimo jačati vezu s BiH, imamo granicu koja nas ne razdvaja već nas povezuje. Nećemo dizati nikakvu žicu jer želimo da smo povezani, ali ćemo i surađivati protiv protuzakonitih migracija.”
Zatim se dotakao i Izbornog zakona u BiH.
“Povjerenje možemo graditi ako su tri naroda u BiH doista ravnopravni, ako se bude poštivao Dejtonski sporazum i s toga podržavamo napore svih stranaka i institucija u BiH da se iznađe rješenje oko izmjena Izbornog zakona kako bi Hrvati imali legitimnog predstavnika u institucijama BiH”, kazao je Plenković, kako je kazao kao veliki prijatelj BiH koji ne dolijeva ulje na vatru i ne povisuje ton.
Zoran Tegeltija je pojasnio da je most Svilaj značajan investicioni projekt koji je realizovan uz podršku Evropske unije. “Izgradnja i najmanjeg mosta pokazuje sposobnosti ljudi da grade, ali i povezuje kulturu, ljude i tržište. Ovo je sposobnost naših zemalja da grade i velike projekte te da povezujemo građane i privredu. Ovaj most ima i ugrađenu želju građana za povezivanjem s obje strane Save. Ovaj most će za građane BiH biti mnogo više od građevinskog objekta, najjači simbol povezanosti građana između dvije države”, kazao je Tegeltija.
Prekogranični most dio je dionice Koridora Vc čiju je izgradnju finansirala Evropska unija sa 24,5 miliona eura u bespovratnim sredstvima putem Investicionog fonda za Zapadni Balkan, kao i Evropska banka za obnovu i razvoj i Evropska investiciona banka sa 67 miliona eura u zajmovima.
Granični prijelaz Svilaj vrjednosti 18,7 miliona KM sa PDV-om na površini od 103.000 kvadratnih metara pušten je u upotrebu u 14:30 sati
