Ovo su uslovi i razlozi pod kojima je moguće ući ili izaći iz Hrvatske
Ministar unutrašnjih poslova Hrvatske Davor Božinović saopćio je određene promjene u prelasku granica.
Promijenila se odluka o privremnoj zabrani prelaska prekograničnih prelaza Republike Hrvatske kojom se omogućava, uz pridržavanje uputstava HZJZ, kad postoje poslovni razlozi i privredni interes, ulazak stranim državljanima.
Prelazak preko granice omogućava se i stranim državljanima koji putuju zbog neodgodivih privatnih razloga.
Na stranici Koronavirus.hr objavljeni su detalji ove promjene.
Prema odluci hrvatskim državljanima omogućava se ulazak u Republiku Hrvatsku, odnosno odlazak u inostranstvo, uz pridržavanje opštih i posebnih preporuka Hrvatskoj zavoda za javno zdravstvo – navodi se na stranici.
Kada postoje poslovni razlozi ili privredni interesi, ulazak u Republiku Hrvatsku, uz pridržavanje preporuka Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, omogućava se i:
– građanima država članica EU i članovima njihovih porodica
– državljanima trećih zemalja koji su osobe s dugotrajnim boravištem na osnovu Direktive Vijeća 2003/109/EZ
– osobama koje imaju pravo boravka na osnovu drugih direktiva EU ili nacionalnog prava ili koje imaju nacionalne dugoročne vize.
– Među izuzetke kojima je odobren ulazak, uz one ranije navedene, dodate su i osobe koje putuju zbog neodgodivih osobnih razloga, a svi oni mogu prelaziti državnu granicu uz pridržavanje opštih i posebnih preporuka Hrvatskoj zavoda za javno zdravstvo – ističe se na stranici.
