Plaće policijskih službenika TK pratit će plaće službenika u FUP-u
Vlada Tuzlanskog kantona u parlamentarnu proceduru uputila je Prijedlog zakona o plaćama i naknadama policijskih službenika TK.
Prethodno je Nacrt zakona usvojen, a očekuje se da će i prijedlog biti usvojen i da će se kantonalni zakon napokon uskladiti sa federalnim.
– Utvrdili smo Prijedlog zakona koji ima dvije osnovne karakteristike, a to je da će plaće i naknade biti fiksno vezane za visinu plaća koje su utvrđene u Federalnoj upravi policije zato što smo utvrdili osnovicu za obračun plaća u visini 90 posto federalne osnovice i koeficijent u identičnom iznosu. Ovim zakonskim rješenjem plaća policijskih službenika u TK pratit će plaće u Federalnoj upravi policije i to je jedan iskorak, odnosno prelazimo iz faze kolektivnih ugovore u zakonom utvrđene visine plaća i naknada i tako ćemo poboljšati status policijskih službenika – kaže ministar unutrašnjih poslova Hajrudin Mehanović.
Ovim zakonom se nastoji pravedno i u razmjernom odnosu vrednovati rad policijskih službenika.
