Počela predizborna kampanja, za vlast se bori 30.789 kandidata
Počela je zvanična predizborna kampanja i trajat će do 30 dana. Izborna šutnja počet će 24 sata prije otvaranja biračkih mjesta, odnosno 14. novembra u 7 sati i trajat do njihovog zatvaranja.
Za izbore je ovjereno 30.789 kandidata i to 425 kandidata za načelnika / gradonačelnika. Predstavnike u lokalnoj vlasti tražit će 3.283.194 birača koliko ih je bilo na ovjerenom biračkom spisku. Za biračke odbore na Lokalnim izborima potrebno imenovati 52.000 članova.
Izbori su raspisani za 54 općinska vijeća u FBIH, 56 skupština općina u RS, 120 načelnika općina u BiH. Na Lokalnim izborima učestvuje ukupno 543 politička subjekta i to 129 političkih stranaka, 262 nezavisna kandidata.
Održavanje lokalnih izbora u Bosni i Hercegovini zakazano je za 15. novembar.
