Podneseni amandmani kojima se smjenjuju svi direktori škola u TK!
Zastupnik PDA u Skupštini TK Mirsad Bečić predao je amandman za izmjene Zakona o osnovnom obrazovanju i odgoju, a nezavisni zastupnik Smajo Mandžić amandman na izmjene Zakona o srednjem obrazovanju i odgoju TK. Oni u svojim amandmanima traže da usvajanjem izmjena pomenutih zakona prestane mandat svim stalnim školskim odborima, kao i svim direktorima osnovnih i srednjih škola u TK.
Podsjećamo, izmjene oba zakona koje tretiraju osnovno i srednje obrazovanje predložena su u skraćenom postupku.
– Zakoni po skraćenom postupku omogućuju podnošenje amandmana tri dana prije održavanja Skupštine. Amandmani ne moraju nužno da dobiju mišljenje Ureda za zakonodavstvo i to se najčešće koristi kao mehanizam da se “ozakoni nezakonito” – upozorana zastupnik SDA u Skupštini TK Midhat Čaušević.
U TK je 88 osnovnih i 33 srednje škole i ukoliko ove amandmane usvoji većina 121 direktor će biti smijenjen. Većinu u TK čine SDP, PDA, Naša stranka i SBB, pojačani zastupnikom Smajom Mandžićem, koji je u ovom mandatu prvo bio u PDA, pa zatim u SDA, da bi sada bio nezavisni zastupnik potpuno sinhroniziran sa PDA, što se vidi iz tekstova dva amandmana.
– Oko 100 direktora će tužiti Vladu TK, jer im je većini ostalo oko 30 mjeseci mandata. Svi će dobiti tužbe, što će značiti na stotine hiljada odštete iz budžeta TK. Posljedično 100 nastavnika koji su primljeni na pozicije sadašnjih direktora, odnosno do povratka sa funkcije, ostati će bez posla. Ova odluka će dovesti do velikih promjena u nastavnom procesu, a posljedice će osjetiti učenici i njihovi roditelji i to u periodu pred kraj školske godine – zaključuje Čaušević.
Izmjene zakona o osnovnom i srednjem obrazovanju su na dnevnom redu Skupštine TK koja je zakazana za 30. april.
