Zastupnik Stranke demokratske stranke Sandžaka Enis Imamović danas je na sjednici Narodne skupštine Republike Srbije imao izuzetno hrabar nastup.
– Na početku ove sjednice, kao prethodnih godina, predložili smo da se na dnevni red stavi Rezolucija o genocidu u Srebrenici, ona predviđa čitav niz ljudskih koraka kako bi se suprotstavili rastućem fašizmu u ovom društvu. Niste to prihvatili.
Zato danas svoje pitanje temeljim na postojećem krivičnom zakoniku Republike Srbije koji u članu 387. stav 5 zabranjuje negiranje genocida, zločina protiv čovječnosti i ratnih zločina, po kome će se kazniti svako ko javno odobrava, negira postojanje ili značajno umanjuje težinu genocida, zločina protiv čovječnosti i ratnih zločina.
Shodno tome, svoje današnje pitanje upućujem Republičkom javnom tužilaštvu – poručio je s govornice Imamović.
Govorio je i o “čuvanju” murala ratnog zločina Ratka Mladića u Beogradu i napadu na aktiviste za ljudska prava.
– Vi danas u centru Beograda imate taj mural sa slikom osuđenog ratnog zločinca, koji svakodnevno oslikavaju, čuvaju huligani, uz koji i ide tekst “generale, neka je tvojoj majci hvala”. Za šta hvala? Je l’ hvala za genocid!? Šta radi tužilac dok ministar policije (Aleksandar Vulin, op. a.) negira genocid, veliča ratnog zločinca, pa samim tim i genocid koji je taj zločinac sproveo nad bošnjačkim narodom? Pitam tužilaštvo, da li je za vas Ratko Mladić ratni zločinac ili heroj – upitao je sve u sali Imamović.
