Policija pretresa imovinu direktora OSA-e Osmana Mehmedagića
Policajci MUP-a Kantona Sarajevo u utorak ujutro su započeli pretrese na četiri lokacije koje su u vlasništvu ili suvlasništvu direktora Obavještajno-sigurnosne agencije BiH Osmana Mehmedagića.
Pretresi se obavljaju po nalogu državnog tužioca Olega Čavke. Za razliku od prošle akcije, Čavka sada ima naredbu Suda BiH. U ovim objektima traže se dokumenti Američkog univerziteta, piše Istraga.ba.
Ovo je peta istraga Tužilaštva BiH usmjerena protiv direktora Obavještajno-sigurnosne agencije BiH. Prvo je Čavka istraživao diplomu direktora OSA-e izdatu u Banjoj Luci. Optužnica u tom slučaju nikada nije podignuta. Nakon toga je isti tužilac optužio direktora OSA-e zbog izuzimanja snimaka iz BH Pošte. Sud BiH je oslobodio Mehmedagića. Čavka je, potom, podigao dvije optužnice protiv Mehmedagića zbog slučaja “sigurnosne provjere”. Sud BiH odbio je ih je potvrditi.
Poslije toga, prošlog je mjeseca po nalogu tužioca Čavke MUP KS uhapsio direktora OSA-e. Sud BiH mu nije odredio pritvor. Tada su, bez naredbe Suda, pripadnici MUP-a KS izvršili uviđaj ispred Mehmedagićeve kuće. Sve ove istrage pokrenute su prije nepune dvije godine nakon brojnih izjava Milorada Dodika i Dragana Čovića da je im OSA “neprijateljska organizacija”.
