Udruženje poslodavaca Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine je zaprepašteno neozbiljnošću mjera koje je predložila Vlada Federacije BiH povodom širenja pandemije koronavirusa.

Udruženje poslodavaca Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine je zaprepašteno neozbiljnošću mjera koje je predložila Vlada Federacije BiH povodom širenja pandemije koronavirusa.
“Očigledno je da oni ili nisu svjesni težine situacije ili ih ne zanima situacija u kojoj se nalazi privreda i radnici u realnom sektoru”, navode iz Udruženja poslodavaca.
Radi se o tome da su ugroženi procesa rada i na desetine hiljada radnih mjesta u kompanijama, zbog pandemije koronavirusa.
“Naglašavamo da je život i zdravlje na prvom mjestu i podržavamo sve mjere koje nadležni organi poduzimaju u cilju sprečavanja širenja zaraze, ali takve mjere moraju biti praćene setom drugih ekoomskih mjera. Krajnje je neprihvatljivo da zbog zabrane rada u određenim djelatnosti ili zbog nemogućnosti odvijanja procesa rada više desetina hiljada radnika ostanu bez posla. Pozivamo hitno Vladu Federacije BiH, Savez samostalnih sindikata BiH da postignemo dogovor da za radnike koji bi ostali bez posla dio tereta preuzme država, dio poslodavci, a dio sami radnici”, kažu u UPFBiH.
Iz UPFBiH još jednom pozivaju Vladu FBiH da omogući kontinuiranu svakodnevnu komunikaciju sa Kriznim štabom kojeg su formirali UPFBiH i Privredna komora FBiH. Ukoliko ne znaju šta trebaju raditi neka pogledaju mjere i rješenja koja su na snazi u drugim zemljama.
“Potpuno je neshvatljiva pozicija i ne oglašavanje Agencije za bankarstvo FBiH povodom prijedloga Kriznog štaba poslodavaca za uvođenje moratorija na otplatu kredita za pravna i fizička lica. Pozivamo vlasti na nižim nivoima vlasti, kantona, gradova i općina da hitno donesu mjere iz svoje nadležnosti koje će ublažiti posljedice pandemije koronavirusa na privredu i radna mjesta. Uz prioritetno čuvanje života i zdravlja ljudi, prioritet mora biti i očuvanje radnih mjesta i ekonomske sigurnosti radnika”, zaključuju poslodavci.
