Potpisani ugovori za kapitalne projekte mjesnih zajednica u Gradačcu
Danas su u Sali za sjednice gradske uprave u Gradačcu potpisani ugovori o sufinansiranju kapitalnih projekata mjesnih zajednica. Radi se o 14 ugovora koje će Grad Gradačac sufinansirati iz Budžeta u ukupnom iznosu 113.620,00 KM.
U 2019. godini raspisan je javni poziv za raspodjelu sredstava iz Budžeta Grada Gradačca za finansiranje/sufinansiranje kapitalnih programa/projekta mjesnih zajednica na području grada Gradačac i Prijedloga kapitalnih programa/projekata MZ.
Mjesne zajednice, koje su aplicirale s projektnim prijedlozima i ispunile uslove javnog poziva, ostvarile su pravo za dodjelu finansijskih sredstava iz budžeta. Komisija za ocjenjivanje i izbor kapitalnih programa/projekata dodjelu sredstava, u svom sastavu imala je predstavnike Grada Gradačac, mjesnih zajednica i nevladinog sektora, koja je na transparentan način i na osnovu kriterija raspodjelila sredstva iz Budžeta Grada Gradačac
Gradonačelnik mr. sci Edis Dervišagić je istakao da se s ovakvim načinom dodjele sredstava jača partnerstvo između lokalnih vlasti i mjesnih zajednica, širenjem uspješnog modela transparentnog projektnog finansiranja iz općinskog budžeta, usmjerenog ka mjesnim zajednicama, većem građanskom učešću u procesima donošenja odluka i unapređenju nivoa pružanja usluga u lokalnim zajednicama.
Predstavnici mjesnih zajednica sa područja grada Gradačac su zahvalili gradskoj upravi i gradonačelniku za ovakav način raspodjele sredstava i istakli da sve mjesne zajednice imaju pravo da apliciraju za sredstva i na transparentan način prođu proceduru javnog poziva.
Projekti koji će biti sufinansirani iz budžeta odnose se na sanaciju i održavanje objekata mjesne samouprave, održavanje objekata infrastrukture za razvoj sporta i sanacija iodržavanje vjerskih objekata na području mjesnih zajednica u Gradačcu.
