Predložen jednomjesečni pritvor za Fadila Novalića, Fahrudina Solaka i Fikreta Hodžića
Tužitelji državnog tužilaštva predložili su određivanje jednomjesečnog pritvora za premijera Federacije BiH Fadila Novalića, suspendovanog direktora FUCZ-a Fahrudina Solaka i vlasnika “Srebrene maline” Fikreta Hodžića.”Nakon ispitivanja osumnjičenih, tužiteljski tim Tužiteljstva BiH uputio je prema Sudu BiH prijedlog za određivanje mjere pritvora od 30 dana”, saopćeno je iz Tužilaštva BiH.
Oni su proveli noć sa četvrtka na petak u prostorijama Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA), nakon čega su u petak oko 18 sati prebačeni u prostorije Tužilaštva BiH.
Sada je na redu Sud BiH koji je odrediti ročište za određivanje pritvora ili drugih mjera zabrane koje predlože tužitelji.
Tužiteljski tim je sastavila glavna tužiteljica Gordana Tadić, a sastavljen je od tri člana – Merisa Nurkić, Mirza Hukeljić i Džermin Pašić.
Istraga o sumnjivoj nabavci 100 kineskih respiratora za 10,5 miliona KM traje više od mjesec dana, a tokom tog perioda saslušano je mnogo svjedoka, izvršeni su brojni pretresi i izuzeta obimna dokumentacija i drugi predmeti koji mogu pomoći u rasvjetljivanju cijelog slučaja.
